Designed for multi-family vacations, reunions, or group getaways, the home features a bright, open-concept main level with a fully equipped kitchen (including a second overflow refrigerator), a large dining area, and a comfortable living room that opens to a screened porch—perfect for morning coffee, evening cocktails, and birdwatching. A 6-passenger golf cart rental is available for an additional $55 per day.
The thoughtfully designed layout includes a primary suite with a king bed and ensuite bath, a second primary with a king bed and twin bunk and ensuite bath, a bunk room with four built-in twins and its own ensuite bath, a main-level queen bedroom with an adjacent full bath, and a private ground-level bonus “gamers’ den” that sleeps four and offers a fun retreat for teens with a TV and an AC/Heat unit.
Guests can enjoy multiple outdoor spaces including a screened porch and a ground-level patio with a grill and swing, along with added conveniences like five bikes, boogie boards and beach toys, a beach wagon, and six beach chairs (plus one kid beach chair) for enjoying and exploring the area.

Having a home at the beach has always been a dream of ours. We bought our Perdido Key villa in June 2026 and are so happy to share it with our guests. Perdido Key has so much to offer and we hope our guests fall in love with it too.
Why they chose this property
The Lost Key Golf & Beach Resort is a gated community with incredible amenities, such as the exclusive beach club and pool, an additional resort pool in the community, tennis/pickleball courts, a fitness center, and an award-winning golf course (fees apply). Johnson Beach National Seashore and Big Lagoon State Park are minutes away. And for those who enjoy live music and nightlife, Flora-Bama is a must.
What makes this property unique
We have made every effort to furnish and equip the home with everything our guests would need for a five-star beach vacation experience. From the built-in bunk beds, to the Mario Galaxy teen hideaway, to a carefully stocked kitchen with enough equipment to pull off a full Thanksgiving feast, the villa has it all. Five bikes, pickleball and tennis racquets, six beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach toys are ready for guests to enjoy. We also have a 6-person golf cart available to rent for an additional fee. The screened-in porch offers a perfect, bug-free vantage point for watching the sunrise and sunset every day as well as witnessing nature in action with the bird sanctuary behind the villa.
