Exclusive 2850 sf Pool Home near Perdido Beaches & NAS, Heated Pool, 2 Masters!

Susan, we have been renting this property to Guests since 2021 and no one had reported this issue before. We are surprised that you only reported the issue via your property review 6 days after you checked out, but didn't mention it during your stay. Had you reported it right away, we would have reached out to the neighbor to resolve the issue quickly. We did reach out to the neighbor after reading your review. He mentioned that your group was carrying loud conversations with laughter and loud music in the pool area after 9pm and not just after 6pm as you noted. He mentioned that the loud noise levels could be heard clearly inside their house with all doors and windows closed, while they were getting ready for bed. As a side note, we bring our 4 Grandkids to the house twice a year and although they can get loud at times, we always ask them to use common courtesy when in the pool area, particularly after 8pm, to respect the privacy of our neighbors. We have never had a complaint. Again, we wish you had reached out sooner, so we could have cleared this up with the neighbor, but it's too late now.
