First Floor Beachfront Corner Unit with Great Views!

Phoenix 5 Unit #117....This beautifully decorated 3BR/2BA beachfront CORNER UNIT has beautiful views from two sides! This condo has everything you'll need for a pleasurable and enjoyable vacation including Free Wi-Fi! You'll love the beautiful views from both the living room and the kitchen! The living room has a sliding glass door entrance to your gulf front balcony, equipped with a lounge chair and patio table with chairs. You'll enjoy sipping your morning coffee or having a glass of wine at sunset on the balcony while taking in the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. Another great feature is that you can park and walk directly into your condo on the first floor...so convenient!

If you plan to cook while you're visiting, the kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need. We provide a standard coffee maker AND a Keurig for you to use! If you don't plan to cook, there are numerous local restaurants serving delicious fresh seafood from the gulf!

A king size bed and a flat screen television await you in the master bedroom! There are two queen sized beds in the 2nd bedroom, one queen sized bed in the 3rd bedroom, and flat-screened televisions for your enjoyment in each (linens are provided). A washer and dryer are also in the condo for your use.

Please Note: This condo is located on the first floor which is the parking lot level. However, there is a floor below us with condos located next to the pool. So, you can't walk directly from our balcony to the pool/beach area since you are actually on the 2nd floor!

The beach view is my favorite part of this rental. We really liked sitting on the balcony drinking our morning coffee and watching the waves. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen table was great for playing card games with the family. We had an issue during our stay but the rental company responded quickly and checked in with us during our stay.

We love this condo. We didn’t love the pool and splash pad being closed. Mid May to do pool rejuvenation??? How about do that between October and March.

We are so glad that this guest loved our condo! It is very popular! Unfortunately, the work being done on the pool and splash pad was completely out of our control. We don't have any say so as to when they need to make repairs! This was communicated to this guest the moment we received word about the work that was to be done. We offered other options that were comparable to this unit, but the guest didn't want to move his reservation. We did all we could do!

The unit was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The view was great but the fact that the outside pool was closed and the standing pool water green and the splash pad being closed was very disappointing. The bathrooms are entirely too small for the number of people that the unit can accommodate and the beds are in need of being replaced.
