Very nice, well-kept property. Extremely comfortable beds and especially loved the balcony. Host Beth was friendly and helpful. She contacted prior to our visit to cover the parking, logistics and answer questions and made us feel very welcome.Air conditioning kept us cool during the heatwave at the end of July. Great views and plenty to do on site. A little confusing when you arrive but the sign on the buildings made it easier. Safety was not a concern someone was walking around or in sight 24 hours a day. Loved the location.

Amazing sunsets

The condo has a beautiful view night or day. The pools are very clean and there are plenty of chairs to enjoy the sun. Cobalt is just a short pleasant walk with delicious food. We will definitely be renting this condo again!! owners

Great condo and location!

We loved this condo at Caribe resort! The condo was exactly as pictured and the resort was wonderful. The third pool, splash pad, and lazy river were closed and we were pretty bummed about that but everything turned out great. Communication was easy and customer service was 10/10. We would stay here again!

We have lived in the Tuscaloosa area most of our married life, ( 40 yrs oct 2017 ) and survived a mixed marriage - Jim is Alabama and Beth is Auburn. Jim has worked as an insurance and investment advisor with Mutual of Omaha since 70's, and Beth has done some of everything , at a West Alabama bank for over 20yrs. We have enjoyed traveling to sporting events, and company trip destinations thru the yrs, but enjoy the gulf coast activities , (especially the fishing, and golf) and the food compares with anywhere - without breaking the bank.
We are excited to have a place at Caribe, and looking fwd to enjoying many days at Orange Beach .

Why they chose this property

We have always dreamed of a place at the beach. Caribe Resort just met all of our requirements. We wanted a gorgeous view of course and this unit has the best! It was also important that our family and friends would have plenty to do , without having to drive someplace. Here they can swim in one of our fabulous pools, float down the lazy river, play basketball, tennis, putt putt and fish right off the dock in front of our condo. We actually rented this condo while on a business trip to Orange Beach not knowing it was for sale. After our stay, we both agreed we could not find another place more perfect for our family.
