Large condo. Balconies always windy due to corner unit. Whistling sound coming through closed sliding patio door. Noise nearly persistent. Appliances and furnishings very nice. Beds not as comfortable as other prior stay condos. Lots of community gatherings in this building.

We love our stay, the view was great, the amenities were awesome for the kids, we really enjoyed using the grill at the outdoor pool area.
The only disappointment was the beds in the room with two queens were a little old.
It was a nice condo for a family vacation. It wasn't as clean as it could be. My grand daughter was crawling, and her knees and legs were black. We cleaned the floor while we were there to prevent it happening again.
Great place to bring little ones. My kids aren’t big enough to do the beach just yet but we spent a ton of time at the pool. Very spacious unit. Balcony was right under the flight path for the airport and my son loved watching the planes come in all day. We did hit a hiccup with the property when they needed to shut off the water to the whole building for a few hours to do maintenance, but the rental company was prompt in responding to our requests to make it right. Would definitely stay again.

Beds need work
Overall was good but the beds made noise in master and room with 2 beds. Bathrooms are not as large as most 3 bedroom units. Unit was clean.

I liked the indoor pool area and views but besides that, the place is in need of a face-lift. The areas where you wait for the elevators is completely enclosed and is like a sauna. If they could create an opening in the windows it would make it so much better. The condo itself was outdated and the beds were uncomfortable. We had to place a sofa pillow behind the headboard because it would bang against the wall every time you move. The electrical outlets were so lose in the walls that most of our phone charger plugs would fall out. We stayed in a place that slept 10 people but only provided 6 towels for the entire place. All in all I just felt like if the owners put a little more care into this place it would be a much better experience.
The unit itself was nice…a little outdated but nice enough. My only real complaint is about the parking. The parking situation at this property is terrible! Not only did we have to pay extra for parking passes (you would think spending several thousand dollars would include parking) but there wasn’t always parking available. Some of our group had to park several miles away which was terribly inconvenient. I will definitely research the parking situation better before booking my next trip to OB.
