Captain’s bunks built into the hallway and a Sleeper Sofa in the Living Area allow for extra sleeping and make Grand Caribbean an excellent value. This 700 SF ground-floor unit has a private patio with direct access to the pool and picnic area. Wood composite flooring throughout. 107 East is the ground floor with a private patio and great pool access. The condo was completely remodeled recently.

Very nice property but needs a little more TLC

Nice view from the balcony. The unit was very clean except for mold around the bathtub and the showerhead and detachable showerhead did not work well. No towel racks in the bathroom. The overall lighting is poor; could use additional lower lighting available in the living room and kitchen. The complex seems well cared for. Overall a nice place to stay and just needs a little more work!
