You will LOVE Princesa! Princesa is a waterfront resort located on the popular Sandy Beach! Princesa Resort has lush greenery, 3 pools, 1 heated pool, a swim up bar, a fire pit, 2 kid pools, a hot tub, a clubhouse with gym equipment and a ping pong table, a bocci court, several charcoal BBQ areas and seating all while facing the Sea of Cortez! Princesa has several palapas and lounge chairs on the beach for a relaxing day! We also have a convenience store and Colin's Cantina Restaurant on site! Great family atmosphere!

Princesa C101 unique features:
* Primary renter can be 18 and up
* Keyless entry & easy check-in. Arrive at the guard gate, check-in to receive your parking pass and bracelets, and then go straight to the condo with your digital code. No keys!

Great fall break vacation!!!

The condo was amazing!!! Communication and instructions were awesome. Easy to understand what to expect. The condo has a great patio, living room, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. It was a beautiful condo with lots of extras to enjoy the pools and beach. Restaurant on site was fantastic and staff were so friendly!!!! Would absolutely book this one again!

Great quick stay

We wanted to extend our trip by one night. This was easy to book last minute. The condo is well appointed, including beach chairs, beach towels and every kitchen appliance you could possibly want. We will stay here again for a longer vacation next time.

Excellent place to stay; clean, everything one would need for a perfect vacation.

Sandy Beach Princesa C101 was an excellent place to stay; very clean and all amenities needed. The management was awesome to work with and responded quickly to any inquiries. Convenient store with a little bit of everything in it and a restaurant that served the best food and has great service. We would recommend Sandy Beach Princesa to everyone looking for a great, safe vacation spot. Thanks for the perfect vacation! Ardean and Marilyn A.

Excellent location and home

Loved this place! Great access to beach, property was clean and in good condition and pretty spacious with minimal clutter. Loved waking up to the ocean view! The property management company was really easy to talk to and responsive to questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable and convenient

Very clean and sorted property with a convenient first floor location - but also in the corner so quieter than most. Parking right by the door, made it so easy to load/unload (easy to take that for granted). We loved the comfortable beds. Great communication from the owner. Would definitely stay again.
