This home has a wonderful view of Waterscape's tropical garden and oasis and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room opens up to a large balcony with outdoor seating. Unit B326 is decorated in tropical tones of blue, green, and yellow with wonderful artwork throughout. The condo's kitchen is well-appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bakeware are provided to complete and serve meals. The unit has a round table in the dining area with seating for guests. This lovely home offers a full bath with a stand-up shower and a washer/dryer off of the kitchen. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. The primary bedroom features a bed, private bath, TV mounted on the wall, DVD player, and spacious closet.

We loved the pools and the closeness to the beach. The condo was nicely decorated had everything we needed. A little compact and not a lot of storage for luggage but overall nice. King bed in master was comfy. TVs was the major issue. Maintenance came up had to fix the cable a few times . Every-time you turn the tv off the cable wouldn’t come back on. The owners were very pleasant to work with and vacasa as well! Would recommend. Also hall bathroom shower door doesn’t close all the way and vent leaks on the floor . Other than that we had a great stay .

Beds need to be updated considering the price paid. The back door lock is broke and the shower handles have to be slammed shut to stop water from flowing.

Loved it!

Our first time in FWB and using Vacasa for booking. We loved the area and location of the property! The condo itself was very clean and had all necessary items for daily use. The bedroom was large enough to accommodate our pack n play for our infant to sleep. We were thoroughly surprised to see the new table that was not listed in the listed photos. Beautiful new addition for our stay! We hope to come back yearly and enjoy Waterscape resort.

Anniversary trip

The property was in a very good location. It was clean, but could have used some dusting. The shower in the bedroom was initially extremely hard to turn on, but that loosened. It would also trickle after turning it off. The TVs were a pain and only worked one day and that was after the manager spent 30+ minutes trying to get them to work. We really enjoyed the stay and proximity to the beach. We would stay again for sure.

Our stay at B326 was great. The Gulf was rough on our visit and we only were able to do the beach 1 day. However, the heated pool was great for our 6 year old grandson. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Our grandson kept saying this was the best day of his life :) I would definitely book B326 again for any future vacations.

Great location and stay!

As described. Spacious and comfortable. Slept 2 adults and teen . The sofa bed would probably not be the best for 2 adults. We brought an air mattress for our 4th person. Pool was nice ! Beach access was great. Overall it was a wonderful condo .

Waterscape is my first choice in FWB

Location is perfect, parking garage makes it easy to park near your rented condo, very clean inside and out, great amenities. A few good restaurants within walking distance. We love this place.

Great place to stay but sad we had to turn family away because they couldn't hang in the pool with us for a few hours. Guess they don't like our money. Bed was hard and water leaking out of both exhaust fans in the bathrooms was annoying.

Would not stay again

Advertised as sleeps four, but the sleeper did not have sheets or bedding so the first night my son slept on the couch. I have repeatedly asked for a refund considering how much I paid for this rental but nothing. Also, there is not a full length mirror; in fact there are no mirrors hung less than 4 feet so if you are short like me you can only see upper chest. There is not a hair dryer or bath mats so u have to lay towels down to avoid sticky, sandy floors. This is not furnished well, just bare minimum.

Spacious condo, awesome pools. The bed and pillows are as hard as a rock. Extra blankets would've been nice also. Time to spend some money on better bedding, other than that it was perfect!! I would rent this again if they upgraded the bedding and added extra blankets.

We recently visited this location for a week during my son's baseball tournament. Would recommend it to others. Only complaint that I had was that we did not have the proper linens and blankets in the room for the sofa bed. We had to call Vacasa and they delivered blankets the following day.

Great access to the beach

Easy walk to the beach. Beach service of chairs and umbrella was super. Pools lovely, nice terrace. Easy parking, lots of shopping nearby. Everything you need in the kitchen. No hair dryer and living room furniture a bit dated.
