Cozy detached villa of 100 square meters a few steps from the sea, with garden and large surrounding space, over 300 m. free area to move freely, and free indoor parking.
It is located in a very private residential area less than 250 m. from the free and sandy beach of Tonnarella.
The house, furnished with sobriety and comfort, is composed of 3 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom with the possibility of inserting the 3rd bed or cot on request, 2 triple bedrooms with 3rd bunk bed; living room with sofa bed convertible into 2 single beds; equipped kitchen on a large veranda (complete with everything: stove, fridge, oven, microwave, etc.). It is perfect for 8 people, but if necessary it can comfortably accommodate 10 or more guests.
Sara Relax Home provides the "pure rental" formula. Free Wi-Fi internet connection from June to September; free air conditioning and heating, two bathrooms (one inside with tub / shower, toilet, bidet and sink, one in the adjacent laundry room with shower, bidet and sink). Large sun terrace equipped with shower. Another comfortable shower in the outdoor area. Free electricity and gas consumption.
Travel with little luggage, in the house you will find everything you need. You can use the laundry for your needs and the equipped kitchen to cook your favorite dishes, as well as the LPG barbecue with free lava stone for a comfortable barbecue without the effort and above all the toxicity of the charcoal.
You will find a LIVING KIT including everything you need and the linen to start your holiday relaxing (further linen can be supplied on request). For weekly reservations we have reserved a "WELCOME BASKET", the availability of the espresso coffee machine and a first FREE gift of Lavazza coffee pods.

The villa is accessed by a pedestrian gate, and is entirely available to guests.
The machine is accessed from an automatic sliding gate to its internal parking. This is the only common area between the two structures present. In fact, the house and the surrounding space to the left of this entrance are for the exclusive use of guests, while the lawn and the annex on the right are for the exclusive use of the owner or other guests.
The area is very peaceful. The road is used only by residents. Children can play freely protected by a fence.
A few meters away is the Summer Medical Guard. A few steps away are the beaches equipped with bars, tobacconists and restaurants; bakeries and pizzerias. The "tourist train" stops near the beaches and makes the shuttle from the city center to the beach and vice versa. At about 1500 meters the hypermarket and the oasis of "Capo Feto". about 4 km. the wonderful historical center.
We respect the environment and also ask guests to respect it: the water is heated by solar panels, but this does not mean it must be wasted, the waste must be differentiated, the waste must be avoided.
