This was a throughly relaxing and pleasant stay at a well equipped and clean villa. Even being surprised by warm fog one morning. We did stay here some years ago and it was nice to discover the high standards have been maintained.

Lovely Easter break

lovely house in a quiet area. We enjoyed our stay here and loved how quiet the area was. There was a lot of road works in the area but this didn’t affect our stay. We would recommend this villa and stay again if we were to come back to Cyprus.

Family stay for wedding

We stayed here for my sisters wedding, the villa is immaculate. The pool is amazing. It is in a good central location to kitti, larnaca and only about 40 minutes from ayia nappa.

3 weeks of peace, quiet and relaxation

Ideal location. Sea view, open fields only 15 minutes from the airport (hardly any aircraft noise) and great supermarket. excellent property everything you need for a home to home vacation. pool and patio area great. kitchen facilities, washing machine excellent.. The layout of the villa very good. Good local restaurants a short drive away. A superb holiday.

Late season break

Great stay in a well equipped villa and chance to explore using our hire car. Only 1 week but still very relaxed villa, pool and views. Lovely sunrise from comfort of bed. Chris & Maria great communication.

Amazing summer 2023

This property is perfect for a family who appreciate a traditional Cyprus by the beach , with your own private pool , surrounded by local tavernas , close proximity to nightlife and shops. Nice House in Pervolia

We had a wonderful stay in Cyprus! The house is perfect and clean, the neighborhood is calm, and it is a great place to visit Cyprus. Only small problem is that you sometimes hear the planes from Larnaka airport (but nothing really annoying) .

Hidden Gem in Larnaca

This location is unspoilt yet near enough to amazing Greek cuisine and ice cream parlours. The owners really care about their property and always ensure you have everything you need for a great holiday. Always look forward to returning!

Superbe

La maison est assez grande et très bien équipée. La vue des chambres est magnifique. La piscine est aussi grande et profonde. Dans une résidence calme à 15 mn de l'aéroport. Christopher et son épouse sont très disponible pour toute les questions. C'est un bel endroit pour partir à la découverte de Chypre.

Sehr tolle und ruhige Lage des Hauses

We are very happy to had this opportunity in this house, which is best located at the coast. The pool was refreshing every day. The communication was very good with the owners. All in all: everything allright!

Great vacation

Nice, helpfull and stress-free communication with the owner. House Nice and clean, plenty of space for a family of 4 - and could have Stayed 6 whitout problems. Everything worked fine and the pool was great. Only minor “downside” was that the lokal shop was very small, but as we had a car it was not really a problem. We had 2 fantastic weeks and sure would like to come back!!

Perfect family get away!

Great pool a short walk to the beach

We stayed here for 2 weeks and loved how quiet it was. It is in a row of small villas that are right next to each other but since none of the other houses near us were occupied (due to COVID travel restrictions, I would guess?), it felt like we had the area all to ourselves to enjoy. We seemed to be the first guests for some time to check in - and we had to dust, mop and wash the sheets the day we arrived since things were very musty and dusty. But after that, we had a lovely time and really enjoyed swimming in the pool every day.

Erfreulich mit gewissen Einschränkungen

Die Ausstattung des Objekts ist in die Jahre gekommen und renovierungsbedürftig. Die Lage ist schön, aber im Inserat wird leider nicht erwähnt, dass das Haus Teil einer Ferienanlage mit vielen gleichförmigen Häusern ist. Ansonsten war es aber eine erfreuliche Erfahrung, auch wegen der freundlichen Vermieter und Hausverwalter.

Tolle Lage. Super Aussicht.

Wunderbare Lage am Meer mit hervorragenden Pool und guter Infrastruktur. Einige Einrichtungsgegenstände sind in die Jahre gekommen und eine tiefgründige Reinigung könnte den Gesamteindruck noch steigern.

Great villa in a peaceful location overlooking the sea

Just returned from a very relaxing two week holiday at Apollyon villa with our family of 5. The villa itself is 15 minutes from Larnaca airport and easy to find, but I can honestly say there were no issues with aircraft noise (one of my concerns pre-booking). It is quite a large property in a small gated estate of others with a good sized pool (a must in the summer heat) and ample outside as well as inside space. It is comfortable and well equipped meeting all of our needs. The view is great - just a field and then the sea...and watching the moon reflect off the sea of an evening was very cool. The proximity to the sea also saved the need to drive and the water was clear and calm. We founds the beds comfortable and air-conditioning efficient although as another guest mentioned this can only be active upstairs or downstairs at one time. There were a number of fans which we used downstairs and provided ample airflow. The location itself is very quiet but there is a convenience shop and cafe close by for anything you may need and a Lidl and local supermarkets 5 minutes drive away. There are a couple of Taverna’s in walking distance and a couple of beach bars too, but geared around relaxed visits rather than the party crowd. Pervolianakis itself has a few taverna’s and Kiti a little further on has more again. A visit to Larnaca is easy (20 mins) and throughly recommended. Overall the villa offers great value for money in a quiet & peaceful location but within a short drive of everything that you may want.

We had a great stay at your villa, so happy we booked for 10days and not 7! The children loved the pool and George the taxi driver is great if you don't want to drive very reasonable prices and lovely man! We used him nearly every day! Dejlig villa tæt ved stranden

Rummelig, dejlig og lys villa. Grusvej tæt ved som giver en del støj og støv men ellers helt fantastisk beliggenhed, udsigt og lækkert poolområde.
