Apartment for 6 people in Oletta in a small, quiet and recent condominium of 14 apartments on 2 levels (U Mio Paese). 3km from St Florent in the south of Cap Corse and 30 minutes from Bastia (airport and seaport) you will be close to this pretty region of the Agriates desert. It is composed of a living room, a living room/TV, Wifi, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob), a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom (shower) + WC, and upstairs 2 large bedrooms each with 1 double bed (+ single bed in trouble) and a baby bed. Large outdoor terrace (3mx6) under loggia with summer kitchen (barbecue and electric plancha), deckchairs, washing machine. The accommodation is accessed by a staircase leading to the 1st floor. Communal swimming pool with deckchairs.
Outdoor parking. 5 minutes walk from a bakery, supermarket, press point, pizzeria. Cleaning package included. Sheets and towels optional (15€/person) Small pets on request only.
Located 3km from the beach of La Roya, near the mythical beaches of white sand and turquoise waters of Lotu and Saleccia (accessible by shuttle boat or 4x4). In St Florent, a pretty seaside village, you can take the cobbled streets leading to the citadel from where you will have a magnificent panorama of the Gulf. You can also practice diving, parachuting, jet skiing, paddle boarding or horse riding. Close to the best winemakers in Corsica (Domaine de Patrimonio) for lovers of good wine.

Location is perfect! We went to St Florente, Calvi, Murato, Bastia, and it was always very centrally located. The grocery store is about less than 5 minutes away, you can find restaurants as well or drive 8 minutes to Saint Florente where you have plenty of options. The beds are comfortable, you have everything you need for the kitchen. Customer service is great! We can’t find another place better than. The pool is right there, there’s also a parking spot within the property. Phenomenal! We were also greeted with a huge wonderful welcome basket! That’s so sweet!

Super appartement et très bien situé. Il y a tout le confort et matériel nécessaire dans l'appartement. Il est aussi très spacieux.Nous avons été accueilli parfaitement par Maria qui a pris bien soin de nous durant notre séjour.La résidence est super avec une très belle piscine où l'on peut se baigner 24h/24. La résidence est très tranquille. Il y a aussi un Leclerc à 2 min ce qui permet de remplir le frigo rapidement. Je reviendrais et conseillerais cet appartement sans hésiter. Merci beaucoup.

Tres bon sejour en famille, appartement au calme conforme à la description, bien équipé, manquerait un petit spot pour cuisine extérieure, sinon très bien situé pour rayonner sur cap Corse, et profiter de St Florent.
