This beautiful, ground floor Gulf-front retreat includes the perfect private balcony right off the living room, which leads directly to the pool. The sugar-white beach is just steps away. With the main en-suite nestling the Gulf, you can enjoy the views of the water as you prepare to relax the evening away. Other features of this brightly and newly decorated retreat include upgraded kitchen cabinets and appliances, a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with all the items needed to prepare and serve meals and fully entertain any size group you may have. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. The guest bathroom includes a tub and shower combo and the main features a stand-up shower and has been beautifully upgraded. Relax your evening away with all your entertaining needs with TVs for every room. If you are looking for the perfect home away from home, this piece of heaven is the perfect choice.

The boardwalk has shops and several places to eat–enjoy the view of the Gulf from your dining table and fresh seafood! Goofy Golf is a fun place for the entire family. It's always a great day when you see the dolphins swimming by, sometimes more often than not. Enjoy the beauty of Okaloosa Island and everything we have to offer.

Things to Know
Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

Great condo right on the beach
We had a great stay. The condo was clean and had plenty of room for 8. The back door leads right out to the pool and there's a gate to the boardwalk & beach. There was also sufficent communication via text and email ahead of and during our stay. The only negative was the wifi was in and out at times, but was not a big deal as we spent the majority of our time at the beach. Would gladly stay here again in the future!

Fantastic!
Beautiful beach and lovely condo. Everything was very clean and it had everything I needed. The first four location is perfect for seniors and being right next to the pool is perfect for kids. It's a stone's throw to a gorgeous Beach. The staff was very friendly. This was the perfect stress free getaway

Fun at the beach!
Loved walking out the door and being on the beach where umbrellas and lounge chairs were set up and waiting for us! And not too crowded on this part of the beach!

The property appeared clean, however at night we had roaches. In the beds, counters, and floors. We actually found several in our newborns bassinet when we packed to leave and was disgusted. Very disappointed. We've stated with Echo Island before and other surrounding condos and have never had an issue like this. Property needs to be treated ASAP!

A couple of things
It was a nice condo, the only two things is the beds in the bedroom with 2 beds in it had sand on the sheets when my son and his family went to bed. We let the front office know and they just gave him more sheets. The other thing is the glass door that goes to the balcony was very very hard to open and wouldn’t lock for us at night. We finally got it to lock the last day before we left. You need ti fix it . Other than that we loved the location.

All in all we had an amazing stay. Perfect location and perfect layout. We had an issue and it was addressed but it did however take 3 days to finally get some help.

Great Place To Relax
Our stay was super relaxing. Checking in was as easy as an email. Being on the 1st floor was great for carting our luggage in/out AND our gated patio area was right off the pool! (Great for families with swimmers!) The unit was neat and clean. The bedrooms had new beds and mattresses. Umbrellas & chairs by the beach were provided. We had one issue with the gate to the community opening so I called the number I was given in the email. My call was promptly answered and the customer service was great!

Convenience second to none!
Can’t beat the pool right outside the door & the beach just steps beyond that. So the description says that you get chair service on the beach, however it’s FCFS so you need to go out early & claim your chairs. This particular unit could use a good deep cleaning- it was definitely clean, but the pull out couch bed needs debris vacuumed & the floors around the bedroom 2 headboards & nightstand could have been cleaner. We called regarding the dirt on the ceiling fans & someone was sent right away to clean them. Be aware there is limited hot water if you have several people. There was no blanket or fitted sheet for the couch bed, only flat sheets. The blankets on the beds were very thin so I’d pack an extra if you stay cold like me. Take note the washer/dryer is not in the unit & if you need the laundromat bring your own detergent, it’s not for sale there. Great value, I would stay there again.

Best Team Retreat!
This condo was perfect for our team retreat. It is right on the beach and had so much space! This place was super clean and the location was perfect. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We will be staying here again and recommend this place to everyone!

THE PERFECT SPOT
We loved staying in this unit. It's on the first floor by the pool so we can get in and out easily and it's perfect for kids. The weather was perfect, the white sandy beach was beautiful, and we loved that beach chairs and umbrella was included. PuttPutt, restaurants, and tennis courts all in walking distance. We will be back!

Beautiful Condo right on the Beach
This condo is super spacious and has everything you need. Steps from the pool and the beach. It has a nice patio where we had breakfast every morning. It's on the first floor so it's super easy to get all of your stuff unpacked especially if you get the parking spot right by the front door!

BEST BEACH CONDO!
This condo is incredible! It is the perfect size for all our friends to have a great beach trip. You are on the beach which makes it easy to lug your stuff out each day. It also has easy access to the pool and is ground level with the parking lot. We have stayed here multiple times and will always recommend it to our friends/family. Everything is clean, easy, and always a smooth process. You can walk around the island to a few restaurants as well which is always great!

Best family vacation!
I loved how bright the condo is and all of the beach decor. The best part was definitely being able to walk directly to the pool and only a few feet more is the beach! We were able to sit on the patio in the morning and just listen to the waves. This was my 1st vacation with my extended family and we had an absolutely beautiful time. Because of the layout of the condo I was able to cook dinner for 9 people and we all had room to eat dinner together. The rooms were huge and the master bath was decorated beautifully. We were close to EVERYTHING. we could literally walk to 4 different beach stores. The Okaloosa Beach Pier is less than 2 minutes away and there’s a Publix about 3 miles away, directly across on the bridge. Needless to say it was easy to do anything that we wanted to. I’ll definitely be back and let all of my friends know about this great experience. This condo is my new favorite vacation destination.

Perfect.
Very clean and comfy! With the current COVID situation, it was really nice to be on the 1st floor. We didn’t need to use any elevators to gain entry, as we parked right by our front door. Very convenient. Condo located next to the pool also, we felt like we were able to social distance on our deck safely, while still being able to socialize with others. Beach service included was the best! It was exactly what we needed. Thank you.
