•We do have one outdoor security camera, facing the driveway.
•No pets and No smoking of any kind allowed, fee will be imposed if discovered post stay.
•Guest required to sign renter agreement which will be sent via email to platform email account.
•Security deposit required of $300. Deposit to be processed by host on guest's credit card.
-We provide a starter set of supplies for each guests stay (1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of TP per bathroom, all hand soaps, dish soap, 2-3 dishwasher pods, 2-3 laundry soap pods, trash bags). Please BYO toiletries. All linens are provided with your stay, we even have spa towels for your use.

Cancellation Policy - Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund, minus our $150 cancellation fee. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
