Each unit at Waterscape is angled to maximize the breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico through the floor-to-ceiling glass doors and windows. With its great location, varied amenities, and fun water features, Waterscape is unrivaled on the Emerald Coast in setting the scene for family fun.

Great for family vacation.

Plenty of room for our family of four. Kids loved the pool area. Really enjoyed the beach access. Room was outstanding. We will definitely book again.

Family vacation

We had a great time! Lots to do for families! We absolutely loved the lazy river! The room cleanliness was not what I was hoping for and I had to do some extra cleaning when we checked in. Overall we had a wonderful time!

Fall Break

Overall waterscape is the perfect family getaway. The location is perfect! The heated pool was a lifesaver. I do wish they would heat the lagoon style pool so more families could enjoy that. The lily pads in that area were a huge hit- they are missing one lily pad so fixing that could be nice for the kids. I wouldn’t stay in the exact condo we stayed in due to updates the condo needs however we will be back to waterscape, without a doubt.

Lovely place to stay

It was clean and enjoyable place to stay. Our girls loved the bunks and it was so nice to have two full bathrooms. The balcony had tons of space; we hate all our meals there. It is directly above the splash pad so during the pool open hours it was loud on the balcony. The vacuum didn’t work well - when I dried to clean up the sand that we tracked in the vacuum just spewed it everywhere rather than suck it up. And bring your own pillows - we had to go buy some comfortable pillows when we decided to buy some when we found the well-used flattened options on the bed.

Loved Our Stay

This is our 3rd year at Waterscape and have booked already for next year which is a pretty strong endorsement. The few times we had problems, they were resolved very quickly by the maintenance and housekeeping staff. We loved our unit but, that being said, there are a few things that would put it over the top. A shelf of some kind in the second washroom would be a real asset. The lighting in both bathrooms could stan to be upgraded. A few serving bowls for indoor dining would also be an asset.

Loved this resort and have a very nice stay here

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. The resort has a very nice pool area. It’s not a terrible walk to the beach. The rooms are super quiet. I really enjoyed staying on the “A”side of the building because there is an interior air conditioned hallway to those rooms. Also, the balcony on this side is In the shade in the mornings. There is a box fan in the unit, which is nice to use for sound at night. The rental comes with an umbrella and two chairs from one of those companies that sets them up in the mornings. You just go out to the beach and there is a custodian at the beach access and you tell them your room number and they let you pick of those available that have not been reserved. There are some hangers, but you may want to bring more if you plan on hanging up a lot. The kitchen only had two trash bags so you may want to bring more. The comforter is pretty thin so if you think you might get cold at night, you might want to bring an extra blanket or two. Just outside the unit in the hallway, by your door, there is a decently sized area where you can leave your beach wagon and chairs etc without worrying about them being messed with. Many of the other people staying there did the same thing. There were a couple of minor issues, like a squeaky front door, the tub not draining great, A TV remote that was worn out, and the couch pushes you to the middle just a little bit. Nothing however, would keep us from renting this unit again. I would highly recommend it.

Great place to be for all ages. With a lazy river, pools, & beach all in walking distance. You can cook on the grill or purchase from the food shack. Friendly atmosphere.

Clean and perfect location

We loved having 2 bathrooms, bunk for kids, full kitchen and laundry. The patio was plenty big and nice to open from master bedroom. There was plenty to do with the variety of pools, beach service, and snack shack. Very family friendly, entire complex was quiet after 10 pm. Would highly recommend.

Complete paradise

To make a long story short. This place is absolutely amazing. My family enjoyed the room, balcony, pools, the beach and fudpuckers (pool side cafe). Everyone we ran into was friendly. Our room was amazingly clean and check in was an absolute breeze. The communication the week of trip was also amazing and easy. I highly recommend. I cant stop looking at my pictures of the wonderful time my family had. This is an absolute must stay. Local restaurants, shopping and mini gold within walking distance was a complete bonus. Love love love this place. We will be back.

Very Dated

Pros: Pool, Lazy River, Beach Access, Free Beach Chairs & Umbrellas. Cons: Needs lots of updates! The ceiling fan makes a clicking noice. The headboard hits the wall anytime you sit on the bed or adjust in the night. The washer & dryer are old and don’t work well. The ice maker takes 10min to crush ice. The bed is very hard. The pool area bathrooms are nasty. There is a sprinkler head on the ceiling above the bunk bed that my daughter hit her head on. I would recommend bringing bleach to wash the towels when you run out of clean ones. You will also want laundry soap and dishwasher detergent. Don’t forget the pool/beach towels. Before you run out and spend $70 on beach toys check the donation box. We filled it up before we left.

Home away from home

This condo had everything we needed away from home. Our boys loved the bunk beds & all the sheets were very nice! The condo was very clean throughout! We loved having the large table on the patio to enjoy meals at! I gave a 4 star only for the fact that the trim needs touched up throughout the condo & there were multiple outlets that did not work in the kitchen and bedroom. I would definitely stay at this condo again though. The resort is absolutely incredible, very family friendly and a very quick walk to the beach!

Loved our Week in Waterscape A524

This condo was very clean - and had a great view of the ocean from the 5th floor. We've stayed in lower floors - but definitely like being up higher. The morning was shaded from the sun, afternoons have full sun, so it was a bit hot. The condo is clean and has all of the necessities. I love a good shower and the water pressure was great, water was good and hot! Will definitely be back!

Great Stay!
