séjour mitigé
nous avons séjourné avec mes 3 enfants cet été. l appartement est très petit, nous nous marchions dessus. certaines choses peuvent vraiment améliorées comme des roulettes sous les pieds de la table du salon qu il faut déplacer et replier à chaque repas, la télévision ne capte que 5 chaînes, il faut être deux pour replier le canapé sinon c'est impossible, le micro ondes est mal placé sur le plan de travail, l 'évier minuscule et vous arrosez tout le mur en faisant la vaisselle.
l appartement est bien situé pour l accès à la plage mais c'est très bruyant le soir comme le matin très tôt (c'est au dessus d un restaurant)
nous avons eu aussi une mésaventure car nous nous sommes retrouvés bloqué 2 bonnes heures dans la chambre car la porte de la chambre ne s ouvrait que de l extérieur....sympa la soirée ! heureusement que les voisins ont été sympas. la propriétaire est venue, au bout d'un certain temps, mais au lieu de la jouer mea culpa et de s excuser pour se désagrément (mes enfants ont eu très peur) et a commencer par vociférer sur moi en me disant que elle aussi était bloquée....nous avons pu être libérer grâce à un serrurier. la propriétaire c'est montré ensuite plus agréable.

Effectivement l appartement est petit ,comme indiqué dans l annonce il fait 25 m2. Pour la serrure je ne suis pas fautive si des enfants , peut être les vôtres, ont mis des pierres , comme vous avez pu le voir, dans la serrure, oui heureusement un serrurier est venu de nuit pour ouvrir la serrure ,ce qui a coûté 600€.
Vous oubliez de dire que au dernier moment vous m avez dit avoir un chien, que j ai accepté que vous ameniez, qui a laissé des poils partout, car vous avez oublié de vous servir de l aspirateur,!!!!
Vous oubliez aussi de dire que comme vous avez règlé en plusieurs fois votre séjour sur Abritel, je vous ai offert le prix de la location des draps et des serviettes de toilettes.
Vous oubliez de dire aussi que vous avez laissé l appartement très très salé.

Petit appartement dans un vieil immeuble
Arrivée de nuit dans le village de Giens où l accès a été difficile à cause de gros travaux de voirie en cours. Pas de stationnement à proximité. L appartement rénové à neuf, dans un vieil immeuble, au 2ème étage, est au dessus d un restaurant. Pas de WiFi. Fin octobre, le coût de cette location tout compris est un peu élevé.

décoré. Bien situé et calme malgré son emplacement au dessus d un restaurant que je vous conseille !
Infos adequates et possibilité de contacter le propriétaire mais aucun accueil ni en "presentiel" ni par les petites attentions du quotidien( de quoi se faire un premier café, petit savon dans la salle de bains, au moins un sac poubelle...)
