Oceanside Condo, Steps from Beach

Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath single level oceanside condominium. This unit is located in a prime Wrightsville Beach location - two blocks from Johnnie Mercers Fishing Pier and one block in from the Atlantic Ocean. Walking to the beach is easy - access 14 (Shearwater) is just 1 minute down the street with no streets to cross and the access has a lifeguard station (Memorial Day through Labor Day).

This 1400 squared feet condo is a spacious and clean open concept unit with plenty of room to relax and enjoy. The kitchen includes a Wolf gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and a built-in wine cooler. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, blender, coffee makers and much more. There are two private outdoor porches off the living room and dining room. The unit is located on second story of three-story building. First level is the garage and storage. The unit sleeps 6-8 comfortably; queen size master bed, double bed in one guest bedroom, two twin beds in another and a double bed pull out couch in the living room. The master bedroom includes a walk-in closet and its own full bathroom. Another full bath and a half bathroom are located down the hall. All linens and bath towels are provided. Beach towels may be checked out at no additional cost.

The property is beautifully landscaped and includes a seashell patio area, firepit and artificial turf. The outdoor space is a perfect spot to gather and relax after your day at the beach or from fishing. The firepit is available fall through spring (weather permitting) and is a great way to enjoy a cool evening!

Two enclosed outdoor showers are available for your use with plenty of room to dry off towels, chairs and beach equipment. A washer and dryer are located in the unit with laundry detergent and dryer sheets provided. Additionally, this unit includes 2 parking spots - one spot in the garage and one outside in the driveway.

We take great pride in providing a clean, relaxing beach unit and are honored to have many returning visitors.

Maximum guest capacity is 8. No parties or events are allowed on this property. Sorry no pets.

Amazing Family Vacation at this Wrightsville Beach House!

The house was perfect, it was spacious, clean, and had everything you would need. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, games, and a well stocked kitchen. The location was great, and we had excellent communication with the owners. Wrightsville is so much fun, we all loved it, walking to the beach, going into town, biking, paddleboarding, and visiting Wilmington.

This condo was perfect for what we needed. The home was super clean and the property manager was available via text when I had a question. Walking distance to the beach and just a stroll to the Wrightsville restaurants. Will definitely be back!

Perfect!

What a beautiful place. Absolutely spotless with comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen is well equipped with high end appliances (gas cooktop and oven). The unit is a quick walk to the beach which we loved.Don’t need to bring beach chairs as they have plenty of well kept Tommy Bahama chairs. There is a beach umbrella, boogie boards, and tubes. There is a nice outdoor area with corn hole and table Two outdoor showers.Mike and Brenda are wonderfully attentive hosts who gave quick responses to our questions.Highly recommend.

Perfect Place

This condo was absolutely amazing! My family (me, my wife, 5 yo, and 1 1/2 yo) stayed here and had more than enough room. The condo was spotless and the owners are extremely quick on the reply. We are planning on coming back for years to come and will always look to stay at this property.

Great Getaway!

Right next to the beach, within walking distance of seaside restaurants and shops. Walking is the best way to get around. The property has outdoor showers, but I saw a widow spider in one of the showers, so I used the hose instead.

We (4 adults) had a wonderful experience at this residence. Spacious kitchen and dining areas. Two covered porches which complimented time of day, for morning sun or taking advantage of a light breeze. It was so clean! I’m particular about cleanliness and even the sheets had an obvious freshly laundered feel. The owners are definitely “super hosts”! Easiest check-in you can ever experience. The location is amazing. Steps to the beach, pier and quick drive back over the bridge to Harris Teeter (grocery) and restaurants. The interior was quiet and relaxing. Water pressure is excellent. The outdoor shower has hot water and two stalls! We will VRBO this again!

Felt like home, perfect location, spacious

Had a sisters weekend in Wilmington. Chose this house for it's location and size, but got so much more! The house is just steps from the beach and the owners had everything we needed to have a perfect weekend! Between the 2 decks, with sunrise and sunset views , we couldn't have asked for more. Made for wonderful lasting memories! We went during the weekend of a tropical storm, and Brenda was so accommodating!

Brenda was incredible to work with. We had access to the condo right at check in time. The location is impossible to beat with less than a block walk to the beach right next to the pier! We were traveling with my parents and our two young kids - beach towels and toys provided was huge! We are already talking about coming back. ♥️

Wrightsville Beach House

I cant say enough good things about this property! It was absolutely PERFECT! The location was literally ocean block and steps to the beach...no roads to cross. It was a 10-15min walk to town. The property was immaculate and was equipped with everything you could possibly need while away and at the beach. The owners were responsive and helpful. We are earmarking the property and will definitely stay there again!!!

Early Fall Beach Weekend

Condo was spacious, clean and a comfortable spot for our family (5 adults). Good location and convenient parking for 2 cars (full 1 car garage). Manager prepped with welcome amenities that included some waters in wine cooler and some Kurig pods to get us started. Cool, windy fall weekend so did not access beach however if we had, it was an easy walk to end of road. Enjoyed golf and restaurants in the area. Communication with owner/manager was promp.

Great Experience

This is a great property if you are looking to stay on the north side of WB! There is a beach access at the end of residential street. As soon as you step in the beach you can see Johnny Mercer Fishing Pier to your right. The property itself is very spacious. It feels much bigger in person than it does in the pictures. Also, the property includes two private porches. One faces the main street and the other faces the residential side. Brenda was very friendly and responsive.

Perfect Pandemic Getaway

Brenda & Mike for the win! This vacation and house was everything we could have asked for and more. They provided us with anything we needed, offered extra amenities, and promptly replied whenever we had a question. We arrived sooner than we anticipated and they even allowed us to check in early. The house has comfy bedrooms, two balconies, an open floor plan (great for friend groups), an inviting outdoor area, and best of all, it is only a 30 second walk from the beach. Checking out was a breeze - Brenda was by far the most easy-going VRBO host we’ve ever had. Big thanks to her for helping my friends and I make this such a memorable weekend. Definitely recommend and look forward to coming back soon!

Easy check in process and condo was available ahead of the 4 pm timeframe. Unit is well maintained with a large well appointed kitchen and it’s only a short walk to the beach. This was our third time staying here. We will be back!

June 2026 vacation

The property was very nice the beach and the fishing pier are within a 3 minute walk. The house was clean and stocked with everything you need to enjoy yourself at the beach. We drove to the battleship it was a 20 minute drive.
