About this property

Beautiful villa in a modern style, with swimming pool, solarium and garden.

Just 3 kilometres far from the centre of Marina di Ragusa and from the splendid golden beaches typical of one of the most beautiful coastline in Italy, Villa Margot represents a magnificent example of modern architecture perfectly integrated with the natural contest that surrounds it. A wide living area with large glass windows overlooks the garden and the swimming pool.
The living area is made up of a large room that includes the living room and the kitchen. We can also find a laundry room and a small bathroom with a shower.
The sleeping area is made up of two bedrooms and a room with twin beds for children. There is a large bathroom with a shower. The rooms are modern, well furnished, with an air conditioning system and all the necessary comforts.
Outside there is the solarium with large well equipped verandas for the necessary comfort at the poolside too. There is also a garden all around with a lawn full of plants.

Lovely villa in the countryside

We had a wonderful time in this modern villa. Elena was fantastic with communication and v helpful. It was 3km from marina so a car was needed but it was v well equipped and we had everything we needed. Lovely seafood and amazing Argentine Steak House very nearby. Weather and pool were amazing and nice quiet, relaxing week

The property was lovely.. very clean and looked exactly as in the pictures. It was close to the beach and restaurants although we did need a car. Elena was on hand every quickly to solve any problems we had, even though she was on holiday herself. We will definitly go again.

Beautiful bright complex, bathrooms and some stuff need renovation

Beautiful, bright complex with a spacious living/kitchen area and nice terrace with sun protection.Well protected from the neighboring house with a green hedge. However, the dishes were sparse for this size of rooms. Glasses, cups and plates in particular would be helpful in double amounts. The bathrooms urgently need renovation. There were ants in the house.The sinks and showers are worn out and do not look hygienic. Tiles in the garden shower have cracked. We enjoyed the pool time, but the yellow border of sunscreen (already upon our arrival) doesn't look good and could be eliminated. The cushions on the garden chairs were stained. A closet door in the bedroom was broken at our arrival.

Bella villa. Piena di luce. Spaziosa e arredata con gusto. Ma bisognosa di attenzioni: pensili in cucina con meccanismo di apertura non funzionante; serramento in bagno che praticamente non si chiude; anta scorrevole dell’armadio in camera scardinata. Bella piscina con salotto esterno! Meraviglioso angolo barbecue.

Tolle erholsame Tage in der Villa Margot

Das Anwesen eignet sich wunderbar für erholsame Ferientage. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man hierfür benötigt. Es hat ausreichend Platz für 4 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder (ansonsten wird es etwas eng). Es gibt “zwei” Badezimmer, wobei eines davon nicht so heimelig ist, sondern vom Ambiente aus betrachtet eher eine um eine Dusche erweiterte Waschküche ist. Aber dieser Waschbereich ist einwandfrei nutzbar. Die Kochausstattung ist insgesamt ok, auch wenn die ein oder andere Pfanne dringend ausgetauscht werden müsste. Es gibt zudem ordentliches Internet via WLAN. Der (ungeheizte) Pool ist groß und sauber, wie generell das ganze Anwesen einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck macht. Es gibt noch einen Holzkohle-Grill sowie einen großen Pizzaofen im Poolbereich, die wir allerdings nicht genutzt haben. Die Villa befindet sich ca. 10 Minuten von Marina du Ragusa entfernt und ist ruhig gelegen. Sie grenzt unmittelbar an eine andere Villa, ist aber mit dichten Bepflanzungen optisch ausreichend geschützt. Die Privatsphäre bleibt damit optimal gewahrt. Elena ist sehr flexibel und super schnell, sollte man Fragen zum Haus oder der Umgebung haben. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle nochmals für die tolle Begleitung. Insgesamt also eine klare Weiterempfehlung, ohne Einschränkungen.

Die Villa sieht genau wie auf den Fotos aus. Sie ist sehr gepflegt und modern. Der grosse Pool im Garten ist top. Die Kommunikation mit Elena ist einfach und informativ. Sie steht bei Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung. In ca. 5 Minuten Fahrtzeit erreicht man mit dem Auto das Zentrum von Marina di Ragusa. Die Ortschaft biete viele Restaurants etc.

Our host Elena and her husband were very friendly and helpful, the villa is situated close to supermarket and restaurants (car is needed), but in a quiet environment. Overall vilka was well equipped and in case something was missing Elena took care immediately.

Flott hus og eiendom nære kysten

Vi hadde en ukes opphold her 5 stk inkludert 2 barn. Kan ha besøk av flere på dagtid. Huset og eiendommen er moderne og praktisk. Fint basseng og uteområde. Huset var en fin base for utflukter til flere andre byer i nærheten. Vi likte oss veldig i dette området av Sicilia. Rolig beliggenhet og kort vei med bil til kystbyen Marina di Ragusa med shoppingmuligheter og badestrand. Elena og Francesco som var kontaktpersoner var veldig hyggelig å hjelpsomme, bl.a. når vi gikk tom for gass og lyset i bassenget ikke virket. Stedet, huset og Elena kan trygt anbefales.

we stayed in this villa for 14 days during July 17. the house is exactly as the description says, very modern and nice. we have two kids 11 and 8 years old what was perfect for this house. the place around is quiet and the pool area invites to relax. Elena & Francesco are very nice person and everything was perfect organized. all in all we had wonderful holidays.
