This is the perfect holiday getaway, a charming villa nestled in the Pollensa countryside, with 3 bedrooms , perfect for up to 6 people.
This 120 m² villa has a wonderful homely feel to it, with a fully equipped kitchen, and has views to the mountain and to the garden.
This house, situated in a beautiful rural area, has 3 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 2 rooms with 2 singles in each. There is air conditioning in the passageway between the bedrooms. These rooms share a complete bathroom and a shower room. The living / dining area, with a TV and DVD player, is rustic in style, as is the well equipped kitchen, boasting all mod cons, such as a washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. The living room has air conditioning.

The outdoor pool area has a charm all of its own, surrounded by teakwood decking. The pool is 5 x 7.5 m and has a separate shallow section for children. Outdoor dining is a joy under the shade of the terrace and a BBQ completes the picture.

Palma airport is approximately 60 kms away and the pretty beaches at Puerto Pollensa are 5 minutes away by car. Pollensa old town, with its fine selection of bars, cafes and restaurants is 4 kms away.

Almost perfect!

Lovely pool and outside areas. Stunning setting, perfect location just outside Pollenca Old Town. Very clean throughout. Towels changed mid week which was nice too. Owner was very helpful when we had a minor family emergency! Service from Nord Villas was very good! Negri was very pleasant inside but a little dated. It wasn´t enough to put us off but if the interior specification matched the exterior pool area it would have been amazing!. Kitchen implements, cookware and crockery was very limited which make cooking a challenge at times!
