A lovely villa, in a great location, on a secluded small complex of just 12 villas all within walking distance of the beach. Ca'n Botana is surrounded by beautiful pine trees set in an elevated position with views across across Cala Molins. The living area is on the ground floor and consists of - a fully fitted kitchen with all appliances, lounge area complete with wood burning stove, air conditioning, UK TV channels including Netflix, WC, dining area and access to the rear terrace with lounging furniture, patio table with 6 chairs and BBQ. From the ground floor the stairs lead to the 2nd floor (a stair gate is available at the top) where there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, ample storage space and access to the balcony plus en suite bathroom with walk in waterfall shower, WC, sink unit with storage, heated towel rail, and extractor fan. Off the spacious landing are two further bedrooms, both twin bedded, and with air conditioning and ample storage space. The rear twin bedroom has access to the balcony whilst the front twin bedroom overlooks the pool area. The main bathroom also has a walk in waterfall shower, separate bath, WC, sink unit with storage, heated towel rail and extractor fan. There is a complementary Cot and High Chair available on request.
Outside is large shaded private terrace to the rear - with BBQ, sofas and patio table. A few steps from the villa is a beautiful 14m pool (with a safety rail in the shallow end) within a lovely social setting complete with ample sunbeds and terrace.
There are two local beaches within walking distance, both sandy and with crystal clear waters, with fabulous views of the Mallorca mountains. The beaches are a haven for both children and adults alike, with swimming, snorkelling, sun bathing and kayaking.
These beaches are in the beautiful chic village of Cala San Vicente with numerous shops, bars and restaurants.
This is an ideal location, perfectly placed between inland old town Pollenca with its historic buildings & authentic Sunday market and the beach resort of Puerto Pollensa
with its plethora of shops & restaurants, beautiful expansive beach, large marina and scenic "Pine Walk" alongside the sea.
Pollensa Golf is only 5km away, there are numerous scenic walks locally and many opportunities to hire bicycles.
