We are a two block walk to Steamboat's diverse restaurants and eclectic shopping - a short stroll from blue ribbon fly fising and the scenic "Core Trail" along 9 miles of the Yampa river. A free city shuttle 2 blocks away gets you to Steamboat Resort's famous Champagne powder.

What makes this property unique
The property utilizes two ring cameras located in external spaces for exterior safety monitoring and to manage cleaning and contracting between rentals. The locations are outside the front door facing out and in the garage facing the large garage door and driveway. THERE ARE NO CAMERAS OR RECORDING DEVICES ANYWHERE INSIDE THE HOME OR IN ANY PRIVATE AREAS.
