You will be just five miles from Park City Mountain Resort and downtown Main Street or a quick bike ride on the popular Rail Trail bike path. Enjoy the world-class area ski resorts and the annual Sundance film festival in winter. In the summer, have a blast hiking, biking, fishing, and swimming around and in the nearby Jordanelle Reservoir. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Conveniently located but lots of improvement needed

Home was conveniently located (~15 min drive to mountain lodge parking) but we found the bedding had hairs and dust all over upon arrival. Running loads of laundry first thing was not an ideal start to our vacation. The screen door on the balcony was also broken but I was able to fix myself. I notified property management as soon as we arrived but did not get a follow up offering assistance until the next morning which was far too late as we ended up doing all the cleaning and fixing ourselves. This was also the first Vacasa I've stayed at with no salt/pepper. The house has the potential to be a great place to accommodate 2 families but we will not be returning due to these issues which we found unacceptable.

Good location, not well maintained kitchen

Good space. Layout nice. Convenient location. Good parking. Sadly not very clean upon arrival. Garage door open keypad never worked duration of stay. Not enough cookware or glassware for capacity advertised. Dishwasher pump broken. Unable to use for duration of stay. Microwave handle broken duration of stay. Light over stove did not work duration of stay. Management did respond to texts. Sent more glassware and cookware. Attempt to fix dishwasher determined pump broken not able to repair/replace during stay. Never fixed microwave handle, stove light or garage keypad. Probably worst rental stay in many years. Will avoid Vacasa managed properties in future.

Great stay close to the Mountain!

It is our second year staying here and we absolutely love it! Super convenient proximity to town and the mountain. Super clean and great lay out for groups. We definitely will be returning!
