About this property

Cozy and comfortable one bedroom basement suite. Newly renovated suite located in quiet area on an acre. Spacious well stocked kitchen with huge island. Four post queen bed with down duvet and hand made quilt. Sit back and relax in the reclining chairs or stretch out on the sofa. Fully equipped bathroom with deep soaker tub and shower. Washer and dryer included. Enjoy the outdoors in the private covered patio with a porch swing, outdoor dining and BBQ. Enjoy the view of the pastures and mountains in the distance. The chicken coop is nearby and I'm sure a rooster will help you get up in the morning. Help yourself to the vegetable garden. Suite is located a short bike ride or drive to the Okanagan Rail Trailhead and Kalamalka Lake beach.

Spacious suite in Vernon

A fabulous stay in Vernon for a family wedding. The suite was spacious, spotless, and very well appointed. The farmhouse chic decor was well suited to the wonderful view of farms in the valley. Comfortable, quiet, and private. The hosts were immediately available when needed.

We had a lovely stay. So easy to check in. The space was spotless and the kitchen was so well stocked. I loved the extra thoughtful touches, such as the milk/cream for coffee and tea and the Cobbs goodies. I definitely would stay again.

I love promoting the Vernon area as the best place to live in the Okanagan, to raise a family or enjoy… the retirement life. Where else can you golf and ski on the same day on world class facilities.
I have always been interested in the hospitality industry and jumped on the opportunity to host guest thru short term rental. I really enjoy creating a space where you feel at home, finding comfort, pleasure, and warmth in simple, soothing things such as a cozy atmosphere. Somewhere you never want to leave.

Why they chose this property

The country suite offers a quiet rural setting close to all amenities. Sit back and relax on the porch swing while enjoying the pastoral views. The suite was created in the winter of 2020, maximizing the space available in the original farm house. Slowly the chickens and gardens were established finally adding a farm stand with fresh eggs and cut flowers for sale.

What makes this property unique

Located in a rural area close to all amenities, the suite offers a comfortable space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The Curly Willows Farmstead has a flock of very unique chickens and ducks. During summer months there are fresh vegetables and a huge cut flower market garden.
