The Contemporary Beach House is just a half-mile walk from the beach. It features Cathedral Ceilings and lots of natural light in the living and dining rooms. Its fully stocked kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and all the necessary utensils.
The beach house is a split-level home with four bedrooms and two full baths. Three bedrooms are upstairs, and one full bath has a tub. One bedroom downstairs has an adjacent bathroom.
The living room has comfortable seating, a 55" flat-screen TV, and free WiFi. A sliding glass door opens to a large deck with patio seating overlooking a plush backyard with a gas grill and an outside shower. The vacation rental also includes a washer and dryer.
Right across the street from the Beach House is a playground, tennis & basketball courts, perfect for families. A short distance to restaurants, shopping at Stop and Shop and Narragansett Pier Town Center, and dining at the Coast Guard House. Minutes to all Narragansett beaches. A bike trail is located near the Narragansett Town Beach.
