Mas Lou XV is a charming semi-detached family farmhouse, passed down from generation to generation since 1861, the year it was built.
We completely renovated it in 2015 to give it a modern and cozy touch while preserving its authentic Provençal soul.

Ideally located between Saint-Rémy-de-Provence and Avignon, our Mas features a large fully fenced garden on a 1,500 m² plot with private parking.

Outside, you will enjoy:

- A covered swimming pool (8 x 4 m) with a shallow area (80 cm) for children
- A pool house with a small kitchen, WC, and shower
- A large petanque court
- A 3.5 m trampoline
- A large wooden playhouse on stilts with slide and swing

4 bedrooms – up to 8 guests (including 2 children), 2 WCs, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, and a playroom/office.

- Bedroom 1: Master suite (25 m²) with dressing room and en-suite bathroom (10 m²): 2-person whirlpool bath, WC, teak double vanity, Italian shower with 40 cm rain head
- Bedroom 2: 12 m² (1 mezzanine cabin bed 90x200 + 1 bed 80x200)
- Bedroom 3: 12 m² (1 cabin bed 90x200 + 1 bed 80x200)
Option to combine the two 80x200 beds into a 160x200 double bed
- Bedroom 4: 12 m² (1 double daybed 160x200)

Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 share an additional shower room (Italian shower, vanity) and a separate WC.
A large 25 m² office/playroom is also available upstairs.
