Unrivaled 150 foot flat private beach. Beautiful large open floor plan accommodates large families and groups. Sleeps 12 adults and 12 children comfortably (4 Kings, 2 Queens, 12 Twins). Wheel chair ramp allowing access to main floor. Accessible bathroom on Main floor. Gourmet kitchen with dual built-in Monogram All-Refrigerator and All-Freezer. Spacious pantry with additional fridge. Plenty of seating around the large Dining Room table. 4 King bedrooms with private baths. 2 Queen bedrooms. Accessible bathroom on main floor. The Main Floor features the Kitchen/Dining/Great Room/Bar with icemaker, fireplace and sprawling views of Lake Michigan. Large covered deck and an additional 24'x36' open deck, is just off the Dining Room on the Main Floor. A second gathering space on the Lower Level includes a bar and game table. The large, smoothly-paved circle driveway provides parking for 7 cars and many hours of biking fun for kids. Charlevoix & Petoskey are charming towns with many activities including boating, bike paths, golfing, nature preserves, Petoskey stones, restaurants, skiing, and more! For security, Ring doorbells are located at front door, garage and attached to the deck viewing the lake. Decibel monitors are in use on the outdoor deck and inside home. They do not record audio.

Please douse all unattended fires at the beach.

A Wedding Weekend filled with Memories

As a group, we have been traveling together for over 25 years. From 6 couples/no kids to 6 couples/15 kids- This stay happened because one of the kids said 'I do"- Although we didn't all make the trip north, the ones who did will remember this home forever! It supported our likes, our time together, and our friendship in every way!

Family Lake Michigan Getaway

Beautiful views of lake Michigan with a wonderful Sandy beach. Loved nighttime chats around the fire pit and daily walks. Close to Charlevoix, Petoskey and easy to get to multiple inland lakes. Great place to gather family of all ages!

Perfect vacation house for big family’s

Great house for big groups we had 24 people in this house 10 kids and 14 adults and I am in a wheelchair the house is set up perfect for large family gatherings great views great location very good wheelchair accessible threw the first floor. Big shower. The home owners were very nice and helpful they responded back very fast if we questions about anything. We will definitely try and come back to there house again.

We are a large family of 10 kids and 29 grand-kids. We wanted a Legacy for our family and found this great place to vacation! We have vacationed with our whole gang for 8 years each summer in Montague but had to find a place of our own. Those days have been some of the best in our lives. I hope a place like this will bless your family too.

Great beachfront property with a walkout beach for old and young. We have two grandchildren with disabilities the beach access was ideal for their needs.
