Welcome to Chamonix-Mont-Blanc!

I am delighted to welcome you to my apartment of 29 square meters located in the center of Chamonix!
Perfect for a tourist stay with lovers, family or friends, you will appreciate the location of the apartment which allows you to do everything on foot. You are a 5-minute walk from the Champ du Savoy where you can take the ski lift that will take you to the ski lifts of Le Brévent. During the summer, it is the landing place for paragliders: a nice sight to watch. You will also be a 10-minute walk from the Aiguille du Midi cable car.

The accommodation can accommodate 4 people and consists of a bedroom with a sofa bed type BZ, an equipped kitchen, a sheltered terrace with a nice view of the Mont Blanc chain where you can have lunch in summer, a living room with sofa bed for two people, toilet, and a bathroom with bathtub.
You will have at your disposal an underground car park, ski locker, hair dryer, TV, microwave, coffee machine (dolce gusto), toaster, kettle, and raclette and fondue machine.

## Emplacement
Famous ski resort, Chamonix is renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic and lively town center and many activities are offered in winter and summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, a magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other touristic places are also very popular: the Aiguille du Midi, starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to a unique experience at 3800m of altitude, or the Montenvers Railway, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a 7.5 km long valley of glaciers. Spectacular landscapes are to be discovered throughout the year.
