Private Waterfront BOAT DOCK home-located only 5 miles from Ocean City beach and boardwalk. 4 BR, 1 den/BR, 2.5 BA, living room, dining room, full kitchen, and outdoor space.
Some toys, games and puzzles for all.

Enjoy meals or relaxing on screened or open decking overlooking canal and new dock. Jump into your boat and enjoy the day or bring your jet skies, boards or other watersport equipment and explore the waters!

Roomy home with fully stocked kitchen; dishes, pans and utensils, pitchers, tea pot, coffee maker, keurig, toaster oven blender, mixer, slow cooker and spices) to prepare meals for family gathering. Barbecue on deck. Comfortable furnishing and space.

Furnished with blankets and pillows, Bring your own linens and towels: 1 king, 3 queens and 3 single beds. Sleeps 11.
Bring your own soaps and paper goods as they are NOT provided.

People friendly, pre-approved dogs only (2 max; fees apply) - Must be up to date on shots, nails clipped with no ticks and fleas. 110% potty trained, non-chewer - NO EXCEPTIONS! NO PUPPIES! NO OTHER ANIMALS! I live here when not rented. My dog allergies are bad enough, but cats…whew! Very bad!
Preferably, dogs are kenneled when no one is in home. Habitual barkers may be asked to leave without refunds. Please RESPECT RULES to keep dogs from soiling furniture and beds. Keep dogs on leash when walked and pick up all waste to properly discard.

** Rates based on 8 person occupancy . Additional charge per person over 8. Please provide all info to VRBO in inquiry, number and ages of all guests and number of dogs (2 limit).

Driveway parking for 3 vehicles or 2 vehicles with boat trailer use. No parking on grass. No use of garage.
Strict No Smoking policy. No aggressive dog breeds. No parties. No fireworks.

Using a booking site is sometimes difficult to weed out the folks we are looking to attract. We offer a super value stay with a friendly touch. If some of my policies do not seem as "friendly" please feel free to contact me to discuss - if you are a family, not a young party group, respectful of rules and straight forward, we will all have a great experience. Great property to relax and close to OC

The house is beautifully maintained and clean. The Host stays in contact during your whole stay and is very personable.and accomodating. My grandson enjoyed seeing the fishes in the canal behind the house. There are 4 spacious bedroom and 2 full bathrooms upstairs with a half bath downstairs which was so convenient. Very nice property to stay at while visiting OCMD!

Jenielle is an awesome host! The house was excellent for the 9 adults we had in our group. The kitchen is very well equipped which suited us as we cook most of our meals. Nice little fenced in side yard for our dogs to play in! Great location that is quiet and friendly and only minutes from everything! We would book this house again!

Great Stay w/ Plenty of Room

Communication with Jennielle was easy and efficient. The location of the house was perfect for our offshore trip as it is very close to the OC fishing Center and Sunset Marina. I brought along 5 of my clients and there was plenty of room for 6 adults. The house was clean and the view from the balcony was awesome. Be sure to bring sheets and towels. We were also provided a very clearly written and understandable instruction binder as well which I always appreciate. Thanks again Jennielle!

Family Reunion

Working with the owner was great! Jennielle was very accommodating and focused on our comfort and enjoyment. The the house was nicely appointed. The location was nice about a little far from downtown but very comfortable. The kitchen was very nice! We like to cook and preparers all of our own meals. We had multiple people working in the kitchen at one time. The Screened in deck was very nice. We spent the vast majority of our time on the deck, including most meals. We slipped our sons boat at the dock. The canal gets very shallow at low tide and a large boat will be challenged to get out of the canal. His is a 16’ Edgewater. The canal is perfect for a pontoon boat. Overall, we recommend this property and own, would rent the house again.

Great rental!

The house was very clean and nicely updated. Everyone enjoyed the screened in porch and big kitchen! It was nice being able to easily make meals at home some nights. Quick drive to all of the OCMD attractions and grocery stores. The neighborhood was very quiet and clean.

Great Family getaway

Great accommodations for our family of 8 adults and our 2 small dogs. Quiet neighborhood with a fenced yard that worked perfectly for us. Kitchen nicely stocked, deck and screen porch a plus. 10 - 15 minute drive to OC depending on traffic. Would stay here again. Jeneille very easy to contact before & during our stay.

Peaceful Retreat

We were looking for a quiet pet-friendly escape during the pandemic and found this rental perfectly suited. The West Ocean City location put us minutes from the ocean/boardwalk but let us enjoy a deck, screened porch, and cozy fenced backyard with our two small dogs back at the home. The space was more room than we needed/used during our visit and would work well for large families. Clean and comfortable with a gracious hostess.

Home is in peaceful, friendly and safe area. A very comfortable, roomy vacation home with more privacy than a hotel/motel. Peaceful surroundings offering free boat docking and allowing most dogs, (no other animals) for renters who take full responsibility. Many places in OC do NOT allow animals at all! Truly a vacation home away from home with your pet.
