This bright flat of 48 m², nestled in a small historical fisherman's house, can accommodate up to 4 travellers. It consists of a large living room (sea view), open onto a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with queen-size bed and en-suite shower room, separate WC.

- Beautiful and bright living room thanks to its beautiful openings with sea view, furnished with a double sofa bed, coffee tables, fireplace mantle, flat screen TV.
- Fully equipped kitchen open to the living room with: large work surface used as a stand-up table, 4 high chairs, dishwasher, oven, fridge, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery...
- Separate WC

Night area :
- Large bedroom with modern decoration, equipped with a queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm), TV and glass roof overlooking the adjoining shower room (Italian shower). The two beautiful openings of the room, will offer you a sea view.

Outside :
- Terrace on the same level with a view of the Corsican mountains and the beach road. You can enjoy a quiet time or a good sunny meal on this beautiful space equipped with a large dining table with its 5 chairs, 1 sofa, coffee table, 2 deckchairs, 2 armchairs and a brazier.
- The flat has a room under the terrace with at disposal; 1 Paddle, 1 parasol as well as beach accessories (rackets...)

This beautiful sea view flat is located in the small village of Lavasina in the heart of the Cap Corse road, only 10 minutes from Bastia.
You will find all the shops in Erbalunga and Miomo, two villages located 2 km away.

Lavasina is like a small village in paradise with many natural and cultural assets. You can enjoy a quiet time on the pebble beach of Lavasina, nestled in a cove between Miomo and Erbalunga, where the cove opens onto a turquoise sea.
For nature lovers, try your hand at hiking by taking the church path, which will take you to the heights of the village and then to the Corsican mountains. The reward: a spectacular panorama. If you are eager to discover, the region is full of wonders: listed church, wine estates of the Cap, hidden creeks, Erbalunga... Head to Bastia, only a few kilometres away, to discover its old port, shops and restaurants from which you can sample local delicacies.

- A shuttle bus provides a link between the different villages.
- Parking: You will find a private car park for 1 vehicle on site. The car park is equipped with a plug for electric cars.
