Gorgeous and spacious 280 sq meters 4 bedroom duplex Penthouse apartment for rent in Santa María de Los Angeles, el Poblado. Located in one of the best areas of Poblado Medellin, you are minutes from all of the popular restaurants and nightlife. But you are also tucked away in a quiet finca like setting with two balconies both overlooking a beautiful park.
This huge classic yet modern apartment feels like a home. If you like fresh air, keep the huge sliding glass doors open and enjoy. Each bedroom has a private bathroom/shower and air conditioning. There is also 24 hour security.
The apartment is on the 7th floor, but as the building is on a tilted hill, our side of the building is actually is perched perfectly directly over a park.
