The whole place was really clean on checkin, instructions were easy to follow, the kitchen had everuthing we needed. Overall it was a perfect spot!Wed absolutely come back, and would recomend it to others as well. The hosts were quick to communicate with us, friendly, and very helpful.I really liked having 24hr concierge in the building. The folks we spoke to at the desk were all extremely helpful and friendly too.
Unit was very clean and spacious. Appreciated the amenities in the unit other than the prison toilet paper. The location was great and building was secure. OUTSIDE the building on the other hand - there’s a lot of activity on the street all hours of the night right outside the front door and can be very intimidating for visitors to the city.
Great location, perfect place to be able to get a break when you are at a 5 day convention. Unit is just as described and host was amazing. Check in was super easy.
It was a good place for what we needed. It was a great location for downtown. Had great people at the front desk. So helpful and polite!! Everything we required for sure!!
The apartment was in a convenient area to walk to the attractions. The building was well secured by personnel, door locks and cameras. The pay to use parking lot was outside the rear door of the building. There was a coin/credit card laundry in the basement level of the building. Carts were provided to get your luggage in and out of the building. The unit was well equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. It was very clean and well furnished.
Location was great, just a couple of blocks away fron Centennial Park, Georgia Aquarium, etc. The apartment is perfect to recover after a long day of sightseeing, it has all the basics and I found it comfortable and suitable to my needs. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels and pillows and blankets if you had the need for more. Very clean throughout. My only comment would be the overall lighting that was a bit scarse, I would love for it to have more lamps or lighting fixtures, but that's just my opinion, some people like more, some like less. The building is pretty secure and there is 24 hour security. There are some shady characters round the neighborhood but that comes with the territory I guess, most likely hovering around the liquor store half a block away, but they're harmless, I didn't feel threatened at any point.I recommend parking across the street in Simpson and Turner Dr, cheaper if you use Spothero. It looks like an abandoned lot but trust me that it is not, I saw 3 cars with boots on and 2 cop cars making rounds and checking plates. The parking lot in the back of the building is more expensive. Overall, I recommend it and would stay here again.
The unit had poor a/c, there was pitchers under the kitchen sink and 1 bathroom to sink catch water that was leaking from the pipes..no measuring cups or spoons in the kitchen
The property was in a great loction for the event we attended. The apartment and some of the fixtures were dated: sticky or lose doors (hard to open or lock), missing blind wand (could not open slats), and tv in front bedroom WOULD NOT TURN ON with remote or power button. I was also held up at checkin because my name had not been shared with the check in desk. Overall, I was disappointed.with my first Virbo via Expedia rental.
Easy walk to Georgia World Congress Center and everything else...
We arrived on Thursday afternoon and had no problem checking in. We loved that the building had a concierge and that you needed a key fob to access the elevators, making us feel safe. The condo was spacious and the kitchen had everything you needed. The beds were comfortable. Everything you want is within walking distance: restaurants, CVS, ice cream, Coca Cola museum, Aquarium, Ferris Wheel etc,"... The onsite parking was only 20$s/day which is a steal compared to our friends who stayed at the Omni for 60$/night!! Our only complaints were that 1. We didn't have any working ice maker and no ice trays to make ice. 2. The hallway and even our condo at times had the smell of pot waft in...(but that's nothing the owner can do about that). 3. The remotes had dead batteries so it made watching tv problematic. 4. No washer/dryer With that being said... we would def stay here again due to the convenience and size compared to a hotel room!!
Great responsive host. Very clean. Good beds and ahower. Only complaint is HVAC - should have instructions on how to use as confusing. And having some coffee in kitchen would be great.
We were attending a conference across the street at the Hyatt. The location was perfect and much more reasonable than the conference hotel. The hardest part was access to the unit. We only had one key fob and there were 6 of us. We were not always together so it was a bit of a challenge at times to coordinate. Once the front desk people began to recognize us, it was better. The property was clean and no issues with the unit. Overall, would recommend!
