CENTRAL A/C!!! Huge Downtown Historic CVX Home! Walk to town & beach!

The perfect setting to create lasting memories: a historic 3000 square-foot home in downtown Charlevoix with wrap-around porch to play, eat and drink together. Charming and beautifully updated, this home will feel like a special space for family to gather, a classic summer cottage. We offer you everything that you will need during your visit - fully equipped kitchen, comfy linens, Wi-Fi, cable television, and a swing for the porch. A large grassy side yard to play in and plenty of parking! Lake Michigan is around the corner!

We have a first floor bathroom, all four bedrooms are upstairs with an additional full bathroom.

We loved the charming short walks to Lake MI, shops, and ice cream! The house is fantastic. Historic, roomy with a beautiful wrap around porch. Well renovated and tastefully decorated. Everything a family would need- including an outdoor ping pong table. Hope we can come back again soon!

Wonderful stay!

This was a wonderful home and a great location near Lake Michigan. All the stores and and restaurants are a short walk from the house making it fun and convenient. The house is charming and was fully stocked with towels, dishes, and everything else that we needed. Owners were excellent to deal with. Highly recommend!

Cute historic home

The listing is very accurate. The house is large inside with space for our family of 5. The neighborhood is within walking distance to town and the beach. There is a public walkway to the beach and it was not crowded. We appreciated the beach chairs and towels. Charlevoix has plenty of shops and restaurants. We loved our stay!

This home was perfect for our family. Loved the porch and yard. Provided great options for bedrooms to suit adults and children. The proximity to beaches, Bridge Street, library, etc. made for easy walking for all and fun scootering for the children.

Great family stay

The property was beautiful, especially the first floor, perfect for relaxing. Two sofas in two different rooms, a huge table, and a well appointed kitchen. Could use rewiring and more outlets upstairs. We made good use of the wonderful porch, the weather was perfect, neighborhood was super convenient. We walked to the beach and downtown easily.

Front Porch Perfect House

Outstanding location — easy walking distance to restaurants and events. Close to all beaches. The host was attentive and gracious. Our family loved the welcoming front porch where we spent a lot of our time just reading and relaxing. Charlevoix the Beautiful

The house was great. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The fireplace room was great for quiet reading, separate from the large family room. Location was perfect! The walk to town or the beach was a big plus! Only used the car to check out the Castle Farms and the different mushroom homes around town. We had a great time. Thanks for hosting us! Charming Stay in Charlevoix

We stayed at this charming home in Charlevoix for a couples trip with friends. It was a perfect home & location for us. We enjoyed cooking in the well-equipped kitchen for some meals. The dining table was also perfect for a puzzle and card games. The bathrooms were nice & supplied well. Also, we enjoyed watching Chicago Cubs games on the cozy couches. The front porch has gliders and a swing. And, the neighborhood is a lovely place to walk. We were able to also walk downtown for eating and shopping. Plus, the home is very clean and inviting. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Perfect for Wedding Party

This property was absolutely beautiful. Myself, my now husband, and our wedding party with their significant others stayed here. It had more than enough room for all of us. And we were able to get ready for the wedding together. The property manager was super nice and answered any and all questions we had before and during our stay. I highly recommend this property.
