Holiday Escape at the beach
Matarangi Holiday Home. A two storied, contemporary four bedroom, two bathroom home. Great outdoor living with bi-fold doors to sundrenched decks downstairs, and upstairs a deck to capture the sea views to the north and golf fairway to the north-west . A two minute walk to the beach or short stroll to the golf course.
Generous accommodation for up to 8 guests. Fully carpeted, Roller and Venetian blinds throughout over three levels. A large master bedroom is upstairs and has bi-fold doors leading out onto the upper deck facing the beach. This contains a wooden slat queen sized bed and built-in double wardrobe. The adjacent upstairs bathroom acts as a semi-ensuite and includes a shower, vanity, toilet, heated towel rail and linen cupboard.
Adjacent to the master bedroom is a flexible room - ideal as a loft, extra fourth bedroom or kids playroom. This contains a queen-sized bed. Downstairs off the lounge is a guest bedroom with a queen sized bed, double wardrobe and french doors. Also on the lower level is another bedroom which contains a queen sized bed.
The lounge has French doors that open out onto the deck. It is fitted out with a lounge suite, kauri coffee table, television, DVD, Stereo system and a gas heater.
The lounge/kitchen/dining is open plan. The dining area leads onto the deck which has a wooden table and 6 chairs.
The kitchen has a ceramic tiled floor and all modern appliances including a wall oven, electric bench hob, twin fridge/freezer units with external access to ice maker and chilled water unit, microwave, dishwasher, wastemaster, extractor fan, toaster, electric jug, bread maker, pantry, Nespresso pod coffee machine and all the usual cutlery, crockery, glassware, platters, pots and pans etc.
The downstairs bathroom/laundry has a shower, vanity and toilet with heated towel rail. It also includes a laundry behind doors which contains an automatic washing machine and drier.
Special conditions:
Strictly no smoking inside, smoking allowed outside only.
Property is to be left in the condition it was found. Compulsory cleaning is provided to ensure the home is kept to a high standard. It is of course expected that tenants will respect our home and keep it in a clean and tidy manner.

Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please return keys to the lock box and ensure it is locked
Please do not leave rubbish at the property. Please drop it off at the transfer station just passed the shops on your way out. Black plastic disposal bags are provided in the pantry
Please switch off hot water breaker switch on the hallway wall
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
