The Lodge consists of 6 bedrooms 4 on the ground floor. 4 toilets, 3 showers and one bath. Upstairs is the master bed room with ensuite and another bedroom. The kitchen dining and living is open plan overlooking the Spa Pool and Rose gardento the east and to the west a wonderful outlook to the Walnut Tree leading the eye down towards the tennis court and further sweeping lawns to the north west. The high ceiling built in pine, creates wilderness atmosphere to compliment the grounds.
A short drive gets you to the inner City, the University, the Airport and all the best schools shopping Malls, Riccarton, Northlands Merivale and Fendalton. Jelly Park Aquatic and fitness centre is also very close by.

Suit large groups sleeps easily 26 people. Includes, Internet sky and telephone and professionally laundered linen sheet, towes etc.

If your wanting to use the house and grounds for a wedding or event that includes guests not staying in the Lodge there is an extra fee. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
