Enjoy your relaxing two-bedroom villa, including a comfortable living room, generous dining area, a full kitchen and a furnished balcony. Lush landscaping and plenty of activities to keep your entire group entertained. You will have access to three outdoor pools, an indoor pool, a fitness center, whirlpools, bocce ball, shuffleboard, a putting green, bikes for rent, nature trails, a seasonal kid's camp, poolside dining and, of course, the beach.


After a morning bike ride and a day at the beach or pool, meet up with friends and family for happy hour at Loggerhead Landing, the beachside bar located on property.

Central location convenient to Coligny Plaza, your villa comes with entry passes to Sea Pines Plantation, home of Harbourtown and South Beach Marina.

Family friendly resort

Our stay was in June. Hilton Head was very busy but the resort has several pools and we did not feel crowded. All of the staff was friendly and the resort was clean. Unfortunately the fitness center was being renovated but the resort did set up a room with some weights and cardio equipment. My only complaint about this property was the restaurant. There is only one restaurant and it is mainly bar food, no room service. Extremely disappointing after staying at Marriott Vacation Club in St. Thomas where restaurant had themed dinner nights etc. The resort had a ton of activities for kids,tie dyed shirts, ice cream socials, cornhole and Mario Kart tournaments.

Great facilities

The property itself was clean, offered tons to do throughout our stay, and even though full, not crowded. The only issue was roaches in our room - YUCK! They did come and spray.
