About this property
One thousand square meters, fenced and private, to enjoy in paradise.
We have two separate houses in a 1,000 sq meters plot - and this listing includes the rental of both houses. The 1st house has 2 bedrooms (one with a/c), kitchen + dining in open floor (with a/c) and a mezanine / living with balcony and TV. All rooms have access to the outside patio and the house offers a beautiful view of the sweet water lagoon in front. There is a trampoline, a swing and a play house in the garden, and also a covered BBQ area. We also have access to a sand beach of the lagoon which is a dream come true. The 2nd house is a studio, with open floor plan - consisting of a king size bed, a kitchen and dining room/ living spaces + bathroom.This house also has an outside balcony with hammocks and a nice view of the sunset. There is a covered garage for up to 2 vehicles + a landry room free for guests to use. We are in a calm location, only 10 minutes away from Barra de Ibiraquera and Ribanceira beaches. The perfect place for a family or group gathering.
