Indulge in spa-like bathrooms and a kitchen that's a culinary dream, fully stocked with coffee makers, utensils, pots + pans, hand blender, food blender, electric kettle, serving trays, cake server, salad bowls, and much more. The kitchen is the heart of the home, featuring sleek stainless steel appliances and a spacious bar area with seating for 4 — ideal for enjoying a quiet meal.

Unwind with your favorite shows on the 55-inch smart TV (no cable, but streaming-ready), and stay connected with included high-speed internet . Multiple workspaces and a printer are available in the property, ensuring you can mix business with pleasure.

Each room is appointed with a desk and multiple plugs/USB ports + 1 quick charger for iPhone/watch/iPods . Every room has a noise machine for those light sleepers, and two bathrobes .

For an additional $45 per day, you can keep the pool and spa heated throughout your stay. Please Message the host for more details.

Guests have access to the entire property including garage with exception to "2 owners closets/2 Kitchen Cabinets".

To maintain our property’s pristine condition, please note that landscapers visit every Monday morning, and our pool is professionally cleaned every Wednesday and Saturday morning. Unfortunately, we are unable to adjust these service dates.

For an additional $60 per day, you can enjoy a heated pool and spa throughout your stay, ensuring the utmost comfort and relaxation. From June to September, the pool and spa benefit from natural solar warming, with temperatures ranging from approximately 80-88°F. During these warmer months, you may opt to forgo heating to save on the fee.

🐶Pet Policy🐶

Pets are welcome with prior approval from the host. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed, and a pet fee will apply.

❄️🌊Winter Pool Temperature ❄️🌊

Please note that the pool temperature may be less consistent during the winter months due to fluctuations in weather conditions.

🌵🦎Desert Environment 🌵🦎

Temperatures from June to September can range between 40-50°C (104-122°F). As this is a natural desert habitat, you may encounter sand, geckos, fire ants, and other wildlife. If doors are left ajar, these creatures might occasionally find their way indoors.

📝Guest Agreement 📝

In accordance with community regulations, a signed guest agreement is required prior to confirming your booking. This agreement will be sent to you for review and signature before your reservation is finalized. A driver's license must also be provided.

Parking is only permitted in the garage (2 cars) and on the driveway (2 cars). Street parking is not allowed.
