Nestled within a short walk of Oneroa Village and its pristine beach, you'll discover Tiri Cottage – a charming 2-bedroom holiday home that boasts an enviable setting. Conveniently situated just around the corner from the cozy cinema, an art gallery, and a myriad of Oneroa Village boutiques and dining options, this fully self-contained cottage offers a unique blend of affordability and an exceptional location.

Step inside the open-plan living area, where you'll find a 52" flat-screen smart TV, high-speed internet, a heat pump/air conditioning system, leather seating, a separate dining area, and two bedrooms, both fully furnished with comfortable Queen-sized beds made up with luxury linens.

The compact kitchen is equipped with everything you might require, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, and a fridge freezer. The cottage features a spacious bathroom with excellent hot water pressure, as well as an outdoor hot water shower – perfect for rinsing off after a long day at the beach.

The highlight of Tiri Cottage undoubtedly lies outside, with its magnificent wrap-around deck that beckons you to soak up the sun on one of the loungers, savour a glass of wine on the outdoor couch, or cook up a storm on the 4-burner BBQ. And if that's not enough, we've recently added a splendid new spa pool, providing the ultimate relaxation experience at the end of your day.

Just 3 minutes walk to the village centre, with its cafes and bars, boutique shops and beaches, the location is fantastic. With excellent transport links to the rest of the island.

With its modern, fresh and clean interiors, Tiri Cottage offers comfortable holiday accommodation in a truly unbeatable location and offers great value for money. Our previous guests have adored their stay, and we're confident that you'll fall in love with it too.

Your paying for the view only

Views from balcony beautiful. The house is nice and sunny but it is in need of a makeover. Paint & Fitting need to be repaired. Furniture & Decorations are deteriorating. We used the shelf for toothbrush and it fell off the wall. Previously repaired badly. If property done up inside it would be worth the money. But not at present state.

Lovely house and spot.

Lovely house and spot. Small but was perfect for us when we weren't going to be at the house much. The deck area is huge which is great for summer. Definitely bring mozzie spray!
