Stunning Executive Holiday House

This executive standard house was built as a show home in the Ocean Ridge development, and was purposefully designed as a holiday home capable of accommodating two families or a group of friends.

The house has an expansive living area which flows out to the west and east to courtyards, and has an entertainers kitchen and separate lounge/entertainment room that offers a relaxing 'break out' environment.

The house has two queen bedrooms, a twin single bedroom downstairs, a loft up stairs with three single beds, and there is also a sleep out which is set up with a double sofa bed. The house has full laundry facilities and two bathrooms and is well appointed in many aspects.

There are numerous outdoor options available at Ocean Ridge, which combined with this holiday home encourages you to stay longer.

Stunning views to Mt Fyfe and located in the breath taking Ocean Ridge, across the road to the golf course, beach and winery.

To BOOK it exclusively is $270 per night for 4 people. Easter is $350 a night, long weekends and holidays

7 DAY MINIMUM BOOKING FOR XMAS /NEW YEAR PERIOD

Linen and towels charge extra $15.50pp

7 day rate excludes school holidays.
Minimum two nights stay on weekends and holidays please.

Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service (excluding bed making and dishwashing). The cost of this cleaning service would be $80.00

2 night minimum stay ($50 surcharge for 1 night stays)

Guests can check in at 3:00 PM if there is no same-day check-out and check-in. On same-day in/out days, check-in is at 3:30 PM.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please do not leave any dishes for our amazing cleaner, she there to clean the house not clean up after people :)
Please leave the beds for our cleaner to sort out , makes her job easier if the sheets are only removed and not the duvet covers etc all tangled up in the hire linen .
The trash must be removed from the property and taken to the dump or home, we dont have the luxury of a collection service , instructions in your check in email
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Ocean Ridge good location

This property was really well presented, clean and tidy. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Ocean Ridge was a good location with local walks and the beach very handy.

Home Away From Home

Wonderfully set up for open plan living and entertaining, very well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds and plenty of wardrobe space for luggage. Looking forward to arriving in the warmer months to enjoy the outdoor courtyard and bbq. A home away from home that we’ll definitely come back to. Beautiful Kaikōura

Our family went to Kaikoura for Easter. The location of the house was amazing, right beside the golf course, which worked well for the golfers in the family. The size of the house worked really well for 6 adults, 3 children and a toddler.Thank you.

Beautiful location, cool house

We really enjoyed this accomodation. The loft styled room was ideal for the younger kids (8yrs), with the semi attached sleep out perfect for the teenager! The kitchen made feeding 8 people easy, and was well equipped. The location was stunning and it was lovely to be able to easily walk to the beach. We would happily stay here again. Communication from owner was great, very personable.

Very nice place

We really enjoyed our week staying here. It wasn't too far from town, maybe like a 6minute drive? And a short walk to the beach which was beautiful! The house was clean and warm and plenty of room for everyone. We are a family of 10 with 4 young children. So the only down side was that they only had 1 clothes horse for a ridiculous amount of washing 🤣. I did mention this to the owner. Also with having 4 young children the house echoed. In the morning when someone woke up and made breakfast, you could hear everything they were doing from the bedrooms. We were just lucky our kids were good sleepers. 2 small things didn't over shadow our awesome stay and we actually missed the house after we left. Check in was a breeze and owner was quick to respond.

A home away from home

A tidy modern home away from home, good outdoor areas and not too far from town centre. Wifi was intermittent ( we are spoilt as have high speed fibre at home) and for some reason we could not get our dvds to work in the player, but that didn't detract as the location of the sub division this home is located on, means just a short walk up the road from the house gives stunning views of the coast and mountains with many local walks and with cycle trails into south bay and the town centre, amazing ! A well kept clean and tidy house !

The Best Property

Perfect for 5x 65 to 75 year old friends to stay in. Comfortable beds, easy access bathrooms, very quiet and an amazing kitchen, dining and entertainment space. Everything you could need was supplied. Close to town and all that Kaikoura has to offer. We'll be back :)
