Villa Cascada: A Private Riverfront Wellness Retreat in the Mountains Near Puerto Vallarta
Gated riverfront property high in the lush Sierra Madre mountains, Villa Cascada is just 20 minutes from the sandy beaches Banderas Bay and 40 minutes from downtown Puerto Vallarta. On property activities include 2 new Pickleball courts, Bocci Ball, 2 Swimming pools. A new 1200 SF yoga studio is now complete. We have 6 guest bedrooms now + 4 more bedrooms in Feb 2026!
