Welcome to this comfortable, spacious, private basement apartment in prestigious Brampton West. 2 Bedrooms 1 Bathroom. Apartment offers private kitchen, Smart Tv & Wifi. Parking for 1 car is included. Only Laundry is shared.
Quiet family neighbourhood, grocery and essentials nearby. Perfect accommodation for Business travellers, relocating/new immigrants & vacationers. We prefer families to stay with us. We live in the home upstairs with our 2 kids.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you'll need for cooking and preparing meals during your stay. Connected to our kitchen is a large space which includes a dining table and a super cozy living space. We have filtered water flowing throughout the house. It’s softened with commercial grade treatment equipment. Great for your skin, hair and kids!
The apartment also has 2 bedrooms and 1 full washroom.
Primary bedroom: Queen sized bed and large closet
Second bedroom: Queen sized bed and small closet
The basement of our home is set up with a shared laundry room with a washer and dryer.
We provide guests access to our high speed internet and offer free parking for 1 vehicle in our driveway.
