The accommodation is in a great location and much bigger than we were expecting. The communication with the property manager through bookabach app is nonexistent and the listing shouldnt be on here if they cant manage the communication. I messaged twice to ask about onsite parking one month apart and more than 3 weeks out from the booking and never received a response.I called the number the week of the booking and waited on hold for 8 minutes. Spoke with Terry who was realy helpful and very friendly, explaining the available parking and check in process, he confirmed my contact information so i would receive the arrival info to access the property the day of check in. I was asked our estimated arrival time, for which i said 3pm (one hour after check in is allowed).Unfortunately if you dont have an Australian mobile number the information cant be sent via text (surely I'm not the first person to book from outside Aus?) And was told i'd received it by email.Day of check in and a little ahead of the time we said we would be onsite (about 2:45pm) i still havent received the access information, called and spoke to someone else and was advised i would get the details when the cleaner was finished... waited until 3:05pm to call again and ask when we could access the property, was told i didnt have an australian phone number so they couldnt text me the information. It was emailed through shortly after.Great location, communication process needs improving.
