Bathroom with shower & vanity; Separate toilet. Reverse cycle split system air-conditioning in lounge room; Ceiling fans in queen bedrooms; Pedestal fan in bunk bedroom. Open plan downstairs living area comprising kitchen, seating & dining area; Sitting room; Stair gate. Well-equipped kitchen with electric stove, microwave & large fridge/freezer; Highchair. Lounge room/TV nook with television with USB & HDMI ports; DVD player; Board games; DVD’s. Front load washing machine; Iron; Ironing board. Outdoor entertainment area with seating & large umbrella; Hooded Weber gas barbecue; Lawned rear yard overlooking beach; Bocce. Fish cleaning facilities. Outdoor shower with hot water. DIRECTIONS: Once in Port Broughton, follow Bay Street towards the jetty before turning right onto West Terrace which becomes John Lewis Drive. Continue along John Lewis Drive for around 1.5km, and look for number 145 (on the left/beachside), with a yellow holiday rental sign out the front.

Place was peaceful but had an ant infestation ran from front of house to grassed area at back seems a fair bit of pruning had been done recently at property this may have disturbed an ant nest? We all got bitten several times.
