ELLSTONE FARM HOUSE -( text Jill 0272080026) -at 240 White Rock Road ,Martinborough (1km past Brackenridge spa) is available for 14 people. Because Ellstone is a big house a minimum of 4 guests for $320 (excludes Bookabach fee) is a requirement. You are welcome to Text the number above for any variation, maybe for during the week 15% discount for 7 days or more. A private sunroom with pullout couch is included in these numbers as is the lounge with room for 2 stretcher beds plus a sofa bed in kitchen area. ELLSTONE is a spacious farm house with all the comforts of home offering 3 ensuite rooms,3 living areas (1 can be used for sleeping)plus , Sunroom with pullout sofa. 2 log fires, plus heat pump. Private outdoor Spa (only onlookers sheep, or cattle) and large sunny decks. Peace and beauty abound on this 900 acre sheep and cattle farm. Beautiful views of rural Wairarapa from the top of gentle rolling hills. A great walk .A short drive to Vineyards, Restaurants, Golf Course and Brackenridge. 4km drive from the Square. Linen is NOT included. Plenty of duvet inners, and pillows provided. (*I will supply 2 towels per person, for an extra $10 per person to cover laundry cost. If you need sheets and pillowcases as well, an extra $5 each, so $15 extra per person for all linen. This can be paid for direct to my bank account number. Text at least 3 days ahead, if needed please.Tea and Coffee is included, but all other food and drink needs to be brought with you.

Good Place for large Groups

We stayed with 12 people for the weekend and the place was a great size and close to Martinborough for the group. There were a few issues such as some broken glass in the lawn, hearing rats in the wall most of the night, the spa pool being different than pictured (more inflatable than a standard permanent spa pool that it looks like a photo is taken from in the listing), and not having quite the right amount of bedding after paying for it separately. Also got asked after our stay if we had taken 20 dinner plates when the host just hadn't checked the other cupboard where there is a note saying it's where extra plates were stored, which was a bit odd not to check first. None of which affected our ability to have a good time, cook nice food in the kitchen, and enjoy the space. Really convenient location for enjoying what Martinborough has to offer.

Doug and Jill enjoy travelling and have stayed at many Bed and Breakfast properties around the world. They offer their home to you, albeit they have a private flat which is occupied by Louise, our Caretaker, occasionally. They know what they want in a holiday house and hope they have provided it for you.

Why they chose this property

Quiet, rural, spacious. Sunny and shady areas, and if its raining, plenty of room inside with 4 sitting rooms. Only 4km from village. Big bedrooms, sleep 3 to 5 people and 3 bathrooms. Hen or stag parties welcome, but the house must be left as found and you need to bring your own linen, or sleeping bags, plus towels. I will provide linen for $15 per person if required, paid direct to my bank account as above.

3 large bedrooms with ensuites plus private sunroom with pullout couch Four living areas for privacy if wanted. Outside spaces when you want sun, or shade. Working farm, and farm walks. Private spa pool, only onlookers cattle, or sheep! Tranquil - No neighbours! Only 4 km drive from Martinborough Square
