Shy Studio - Boutique accommodation in Greytown

Boutique accommodation in Greytown, the heart of the glorious Wairarapa and less than 5 minutes walk from Greytown's picturesque town centre

Shy Cottage is a stand alone 1890's settlers cottage, nestled at the back of our property, which allows for privacy and peace and quiet. It was moved onto the section in 2002 and was renovated and insulated so now is cosy, warm and romantic. There is a full kitchen with a dining area and lounge with a wood burner. Off the comfortable bedroom is a lovely bathroom with a claw foot bath and separate shower.

Shy Studio is a cosy peaceful space at the rear of our 1890's settlers cottage. It has a separate entrance and is surrounded by gardens which allow for privacy and peace and quiet.
You are self contained in a lovely light airy room with a comfy bed, sitting and dining area with your own kitchenette

Nestled under the trees is our Garden Spa Bath House. Watch the night sky while sharing a lovely relaxing bath over a wine or two. Please pre-book for an additional $20

Secluded and quiet, both the cottage and studio can be booked as self-catering or with our continental or `DIY' full breakfast kit.

Although we only stayed overnight, Sly Studio was perfect! The MOST comfortable super king bed, quiet, plenty of space, perfectly clean with everything you need. Right in Greytown, close to everything, throughly recommend.

We loved our stay very much. The best location to walk to the shops/restaurants. Impeccably clean. Nice and quiet on a back section with off street parking and felt secure with a gate at the front driveway and keypad code to enter our studio.
