We had a fantastic stay! Visited for the Rich River Rod Run and Car Show. Great view from upstairs of the cars on display up and down the street. Perfect location for our dog with access to the small park across the lane way, and property was central to all Echuca has to offer. Had a wonderful stay with our two adult children, was very comfortable and spacious! Many Thanks!
This property could not be in a better location - Port and restaurants, cafes and shops of High Street at your doorstep. Perfect base for Riverboats Music Festival weekend.
Great location and mostly very good with everything needed. Very clean with exception of bath that was clogged up with long dark hair. My partner is bald and I have short white hair.

We love the river and slow pace.
What makes this property unique
The old wood, bricks and warehouse feel is amazing. The location to the river and Port shops and bars could not be more central. We love that Augustus Gelatery is downstairs and the river trails down the little horse lane is close to sunny green parks and cafes.
