We would absolutely stay here again. The amenities home, everything was perfect. We had a large group. Come in to complete the 2025 wine and dine races. We stayed at this rental house for 5 days and had a wonderful experience! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Amazing! We all loved this house so much. The beds were top of the line and that makes a big difference when travelling and needing to be rested. The only thing was paying for pool heat for 7 days and it being turned off on the last day. Not a deal breaker. Truly enjoyed every minute at this property. Will be coming back for sure!

Great location!

Location and size of the place were perfect! My only complaint was the outfitting of the kitchen and the amount of towels and washcloths provided. There were not enough pots and pans, serving bowls/trays, or cold storage containers for 19 people. It would also be nice for extra trash bags, more dish soap and dishwasher detergent were to be provided. I had to buy a cookie sheet and washcloths. Finally, for the cost of the place the hot tub should be heated without having to pay for it. The house is amazing and beautifully done, beds are super comfortable and it is so nice to have bathrooms for every room!

We experienced several significant issues during our stay. Upon arrival, the pool was freezing despite confirming with the host in advance twice that the pool heat would be on. We contacted the host twice after arrival, and the host representative did not turn it on until the morning of the following day and did not become warm until the night of the second day. Although we paid for seven days, we only had approximately five days of usable pool time. The pool and hot tub was one of the primary factors in selecting this property. The listing mentioned an outdoor fireplace, but it does not disclose that there is an additional fee to use it, nor does it state what that fee would be.On the second day, a major water break occurred behind the second refrigerator. When reported, we were initially instructed to use our towels to clean it up with a representative scheduled the next morning. The leak was substantial and flooded the living area, eventually flooding the front bedroom. The family staying in that room had to vacate it. As there was no alternative room available for this family member, they had to leave the prop and secure a hotel room at their expense, resulting in both additional cost and inconvenience. We requested a partial refund due to these issues, which the host declined.While the home itself is spacious and attractive and the location near Universal Studios is convenient, we did not receive the experience or amenities we paid for.

A great home base for Orlando activites

We were some of the first people to stay in this house and we did a two week stay with our teenagers. We picked this location due to the proximity of everything. Nothing we were interested in was more than 20 min away WITH traffic. Disney, Universal, Millenia Mall, Sand Lake dining, Top Golf, Kia Center and the list goes on. Last year we stayed by Kissimmee/Reunion and there was so much traffic.Main areas are open and beautiful and the bedrooms have the perfect amount of theme-ing without going over the top. Welcome items were there like dish soap, bath soap, laundry, etc…. The house has TWO fridges, TWO dishwashers and TWO laundry units (each floor). The garage made into a game room is perfect for kids to be close but out of the way. We enjoyed watching movies every night in the theater area. Then there is the pool area. Built in grill is a nice touch along with the gas fire pit. We also paid for heat in the pool. If you are there in March, splurge. The hot tub gets nice and hot. The owner needs to add a few things like hooks in the bathrooms and grill tools, but again, it was a brand new set up. Some construction going on in the area of the house, but they do stick to a 8-4 schedule and no weekends. Overall, we loved it here and should be a strong consideration for your next stay.

Very large house with en-suite bathrooms for all! This was a work trip with 7 adults and it was a little uncomfortable to have so many twin beds but overall nobody really complained. At first I thought 2 dishwashers and 2 refrigerators was overkill but that is some genius kitchen planning right there. And two washers and dryers!Maybe bring some hooks for the bathrooms - no place to hang things.
