Located in the heart of the famed Silverado Country Club's North Course, the Fairways Condominiums offer the ultimate in vacation luxury! This nicely updated Spanish Casita Condo is perfectly situated on the sixth hole of the golf course. Beautifully Remodeled Single Story End Unit! There are two patios to enjoy the views.

This Fairways Condo Complex has its own pool, laundry facilities and ice-maker for your use and enjoyment.

Please note: The condo is privately owned does not have access to the pool or golf at the resort. The spa and fitness center at the resort are open to the public and available for a daily fee. The restaurants at the resort is also open to the public.

Very nice stay. Beth was extremely helpful and responsive. Stayed with my adult daughter and place is perfect for two adults or two couples. Beautiful area of Napa.

Great host and great location

Beth went above and beyond her call of duty. When there was a glitch in VRBO accepting my 2nd payment; Beth’s assistance was remarkable. The location of the premises was great with close but safe views of the 15th green and 5th fairway of the North course.

We love The Fairways

This is our favorite place to stay when we are in Napa and this was the very best unit we have experiences. We loved the updated bathrooms and really enjoyed the outside area. It was so relaxing to read and watch the golfers in such a beautiful setting. Thank you Beth for creating a special place.

Comfortable condo

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It had everything needed to settle-in for our 11-days in Napa. Beth was easy to work with and very responsive. It's far from the parking lot, but the wagon provided made it very convenient to get stuff to/from the car. The only negative would be the "science projects" we found in the oven and coffee maker. Everything else was great! We would stay again.

The condo met our needs and we enjoyed the convenience to Napa. The condo was clean and the back patio was nice and quiet. As an added bonus, we were lucky to be there for a pro golf tournament and enjoyed watching the players.

Our host, Beth, was a great communicator! Whenever I sent an email, I received a response within a couple of hours.The property is set in a beautiful complex right on a golf course. Several amenities were part of the complex. We had keys to the pool and laundry area, and took in pizza night at the bakery/store. The place, itself, was beautiful, spacious for our needs, and clean. Instructions were clear.I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting in the area.

Perfect location for a nice retreat!

The unit is bright and airy on a serene setting but still close to tons. We really enjoyed our stay - so much so that we’re considering making it an annual event! The place was perfectly appointed for anything you need and Beth was easy to communicate with.

Family Napa trip

Annual Napa get away

Perfect location in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Wonderful space with very comfortable beds and living room furniture. Had an issue with front door that owner resolved immediately ;-) Also discussed privately a couple of sanitation issues, and trust they will quickly be resolved.

Good location, less than clean

This condo was in a great place to enjoy wine touring or golf. Unfortunately, we did not receive the gate code before we arrived. A nice man came off the golf course and opened the gate for us. We later contacted the owner and were sent instructions. The condo needed updating and we were disappointed there was no information about the area, such as restaurant ideas. Additionally, there were cob webs and the patio was not clean enough to enjoy. We feel that if you are looking for a convient place to stay and don’t care too much about decor, this condo will work.
