The house was spotless and had everything you could need to relax and enjoy the most spectacular views from the balcony and almost every room in the house. Would love to come back.

Thank you, we would love to have you come back also!!
Beautiful property and amazing views. The property was modern and updated. It was an easy stay without any problems. Absolutely wonderful stay. We should have booked it for a longer stay. Host was awesome
Was a great location, clean and tidy however the property felt tired. for example there were no tap handles on the bath so couldn't use it and some of the usual crockery was missing, cupboard doors not closing properly
Other than that it was a great place and would go back

Thank you so much for your feedback, always appreciated. Just letting you know, we do not advertise property with a bath, and also stated in email to you prior to your arrival. Cupboards doors have been adjusted and not sure what crockery is missing, checked over and appears all good from my perspective. So glad you enjoyed your stay and would love to accommodate again, thank you.

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
We liked the overall location, however a few things could have made evetything a lot more pleasent.Softer beds, less of the mould smell on entry, oven that we couldnt get to work ( even with the help guide ).Also vety old tv that was supposed to connect with apple that refused to. So on the windy night when we wanted to watch a movie (via screen share) it would not work.Appart from that it was nice, Weather for early december was awsome, so that helped a lot.

Thank you for your feedback, appreciated. We have never had guests complain of hard beds (in 8 years), the oven switch was on a timer, which was just a matter of turning the knob off (as stated in brochure). Also checked Apple TV and worked via screen mirroring, upon your departure, possibly atmospheric conditions (we have since upgraded the system). Mould smell upon entry is completely new to me, considering painting has been undertaken prior?
Loved every minute. Certainly was up to expectations!! From south of Dunedin and had never been to Raglan before but we will definitely be back for longer next time.
What a stunning property! Although we were pre-warned about the driveway, it was an interesting challenge. From entering the front door, exploring the rooms, decks etc we were on holiday. There was a sense of disappointment that there were no taps for the bath because the view from the bath is spectacular. The beds are so comfortable, quality, clean linen, enough tea, coffee etc for the weekend. But overall - the view, the peace and the tranquility are the memories that will remain.
We were there for a family wedding at SolScape so the location was perfect. We really enjoyed the property, our only gripe was one of the duvet covers did not seem to have been dried in a timely way after washing and had a strange smell. But otherwise it was 5 star, with a view that never disappointed, morning day or night. Will try to book again in the future.

I am so sorry you felt duvet cover may have been damp, possibly deoderizer as duvets were changed over prior to your arrival (spare set), seems rather strange duvet cover had this strange smell over duration of your 5 night stay, we would have replaced straight away, again our apologies.
Communication was excellent. Very clear check in instructions.
First impression was being totally blown away with the view. Lovely spacious lounge kitchen and dining especially as my children are teenagers. It was a short drive from town. A lovely track across the road to go to beach. This property was great for our family and I came home relaxed. Thank you for sharing this beautiful part of nz. It reminds you what a special country we live in.
