Our estate extends over a spacious property of 15,000 m2, which stretches picturesquely between the hills between Sineu and Sant Joan. Finca Almendra is easily accessible by car and yet is located in a quiet area, away from the country road. You have exclusive access to the house, property and pool, so you can enjoy your well-deserved privacy to the fullest.

The charming house, with a generous living area of 125 m2, is located in the middle of a nature reserve, surrounded by almond trees, which offer a special atmosphere in spring with their flowers and in autumn with their crops.In front of the house there is a large terrace with a dining area for 6 people, where you can enjoy your meals outdoors. Next to the house there is a wonderful 8 x 4 meter pool with a cozy internal staircase and surrounded by a large terrace. A covered terrace also offers protection from the sun.

Inside the house you will find a cozy and newly designed atmosphere that offers all modern comforts. In the open area you will find a well-equipped kitchen that integrates perfectly with the dining room, as well as a bright living room with satellite TV German and a cozy fireplace, which provides cozy warmth, especially in the colder months.A hallway leads to the rear of the house, where there are two large double bedrooms, one with its own en-suite bathroom. There is also a children's room with a bunk bed and a second bathroom with a shower. Of course, free WiFi is available in this oasis of relaxation.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a fridge-freezer, microwave and dishwasher. For your convenience, you will also find a washing machine, ironing board, iron and hairdryer. Towels for the kitchen, bathroom and pool/beach are available in sufficient quantities. Upon request, we will be happy to provide you with a cot and high chair free of charge.

The privileged location in the center of the island allows you to take comfortable day trips in all directions without having to endure long travel times. Here you will experience the perfect combination of relaxation and adventure to explore the various treasures of Mallorca.

A deposit of 200.00 euros must be paid in cash. The refund will also be made in cash before your departure.

The reserved holiday accommodation is intended exclusively for holiday use. It is absolutely prohibited to hold loud parties or other activities that may violate the law or disturb neighbors.Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines for guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organized events).

Primary tenant must be at least 23 years old.

In addition, the Ecotasa rate is charged to all travelers over 16 years of age.

It costs €2.00 per night per person for the first 8 nights and €1.00 thereafter. (plus 10% VAT)
