About this property

Villa 142 - Luxurious and Centrally Located

No. 142 is well located with off street parking, plus a locked garage with internal access.
Three large bedrooms.
Two gorgeous tiled bathrooms
Happy for pets to come but enquire first as the villa will not suit all pets, thank you.

All linen/furnishings are either 100% cotton or linen to add to the luxury feeling. Feather pillows and duvets, with the option of synthetic due to allergies. Double sofa bed with innerspring and pillow top is located in the separate lounge and the fold out single bed can go into any of the bedrooms.

Air Conditioning with ducts to all rooms, keeps the house at an even temperature.

We have a secure, private backyard for you to sit under the olive trees and enjoy a bbq, glass of wine and entertain. If it is just a quiet cup of tea in the morning, there is a place for you.
A complete kitchen, if you decide you need to cook that special meal. Supermarket is a couple of minutes away.

Smart television, with Netflix capabilities
Two mountain bikes available for use.



If it is golf, cycling, rowing, holiday or visiting one of the many attractions near this Waikato town consider staying a few nights and enjoy what is to offer.

Family Christmas

Cosy villa with everything you need

We had a lovely stay at Villa 142. Everything was super clean, super comfy, super well appointed. Lovely little garden beautiful to look out on from the deck, master bedroom and dining area. Cosy sitting areas and a well appointed kitchen. Everything we needed for a comfortable long weekend stay. Really warm with the central heating. Couldn’t fault it. And Yvonne is a wonderful host making sure that our stay was just perfect. Everyone loved it! Would absolutely stay again, and again, and again…!

Absolutely fabulous

We had a fabulous stay in this beautiful property. I would love to stay again when the weather improves and be able to enjoy the beautiful garden. The house is the loveliest I have stayed in. The apples, bowl of walnuts and the bread was a lovely touch. Would certainly recommend.

Just as beautiful as we remembered

This was our second stay at the villa and it was just as stunning as we remembered from our first stay. Yvonne was fantastic with her communication and had the villa ready for our arrival including some lovely fresh bread. The villa is clean, cosy, warm and the beds are so comfortable, safe to say we all had three good night sleeps. It really felt like a home away from home and we will be back.

Pure Excellence

Amazing house, absolute home away from home, had to force ourselves to go out. Owner Yvonne is just amazing, we had to postpone at very short notice and she was warm, empathetic, and allowed us to move our dates, and thank goodness she did as we have just spent the most wonderful weekend in her incredible house. Cambridge is lovely, and with the house so close to town, everything was just so accessible. The house is perfect, with beautiful gardens to sit in or play pétanque. The kitchen was very well equipped for when you don’t want to go out for dinner, the bedrooms were all lovely, and the lounge is cosy and comfy. Thank you Yvonne, we will be back soon!

Wonderful weekend getaway

A sanctuary in Cambridge

My youngest daughter has got married the week before at the Tree Church in Ohaupo the week before. We were returning to Cambridge to spend more time with her older sister who had flown over from London with her partner. After a busy wedding it was a sanctuary. The decor was beautiful and the presence of the house and gardens peaceful. My delay in rating our stay is I was looking for a private email address where I could give some practical feedback about a couple of things but I didn’t want to distract from the overall rating. This host goes to great length to make you feel like you are staying in a five star hotel but with the warmth and charm only Cambridge can bring. She has succeeded in every respect. Thank you for a perfect ending from the mother of the bride - my batteries were truly recharged.

Bridal Party Accomodation

Beautiful base for Cambridge

This a high quality house with a touch of class, well equipped and with a cute sun trap garden. A very comfortable base and close to the main street and attractions.
